When I Met You

Homecoming night
Glimmer's POV
    "HOMECOMING NIGHT BITCHES!!!" Bow screams. As we all pile into cars and head to the restaurant.
    We all pull up at the restaurant. "Thank god FOOOOOOD." Mermista sighs. "I feel you." Perfuma agrees. We walk in and order all our food. "So y'all ready for tonight and the after party at Bows?" I ask. "Hell yeah." They all reply. "I'm ready for sure." Adora looks at me and squeezes my hand. I smile back at her action. I can't believe this is happening. I finally got the girl and she didn't leave like everyone else did. I'm so ready to see the look on Chloe's face tonight knowing Adora's mine not hers.
    After everyone is done eating we hop back in the cars and drive to the school. Once we get there we walk to the gym. We give the teacher at the door our tickets. "Hold up I have to go sort something out I'll be right back. I love you." Adora says walking off. I wonder what she's up to.
Adora's POV
     I'm walking around the gym trying to find Chloe. I need to clear whatever she thinks we are up. I see that familiar brown hair in the sea of people half of which I don't know the names of. "Hey Chloe over here!" I yell. She walks my way. "Hey can I talk to you in the hall for a sec?" I ask. "Sure." She winks. I literally had to turn my head to keep from gagging. We walk past Glimmer and I mouth the words "I need to clear this up." She nods. Once we get in the hall she kinda pushes me up against a locker. So that's a no no. I push her off of me. "Look I don't know what the fuck You thought we were  but I'm not into you." I say flustered. "But Glimmer's not worth your love look you need someone whose equally as hot as you not her." She replies. "Chloe you are such a bitch I can't believe I even wasted time getting to know you but listen here. I don't like you. I love Glimmer and as far as I'm concerned my girlfriend is hot. But you couldn't understand that could you. You've fucked yourself over Chloe this isn't my fault." I say walking away. I enter the Gym and fight through the crowd trying to find Glimmer. I finally see her. I sprint over. "It is done. I don't ever wanna see or talk to her again." She just smiles. I can't help but hug her.
Later that night
     "Ladies and gentlemen this will be the last song of the night." The person in charge of the music announces. 
    The song Say You Won't Let Go by James Arthur comes on. Everyone around me finds there partner and starts to dance with them. I grab Glimmer's hand a say, "May I have this dance?". "You may." She replies.  As we dance I start talking. "Glimmer when I met you I was beaten up and tattered. I was lonely and felt like no one knew I was drowning like I was. But when we became friends you became a beacon of hope for me. Even though my hope was very little but I held on and look where it's lead me. To you. It lead me to the reason I wake up in the morning. It lead me to the most beautiful girl in the world. I say it all again. It lead me to you. So thank you for being my best friend and my girlfriend. I love you. And no girl could ever replace you. I promise that to you.

I know my writing is trash but someday I aspire it be a writer or photographer and have a wife and be able to show her the love I expressed through the characters. I honestly don't know if I'll write a second book or not or if I'll write a fanfic with this show again. I've been thinking about writing my own book kind of like this but with my own characters. I don't know if y'all are interested in that but yeah. So I don't really know but what I do really wanna say is thank you. For reading this book through the writers block to posting constantly.
