When I met you [book 1]

Tuesday morning

Glimmer's POV

     I wake up to find a pair of arms around my waist. She shivers. I look at the sheets and blankets crowded around my body. I fix them so that they fit around both of our bodies. I forgot it was school day until I hear my mom walking down the hallway to come wake me up. Oh fuck she's expecting me to be in here alone. I look over to the sleeping Adora right next to me. She's cute but I have to wake her. I shake her awake. She sleepily rubs her eyes. "Adora hide outside of the window my moms coming down the hall. It takes point 5 second for it to register in her head. She gets up and jumps out the window she could of just climbed out but nope. I act like I'm sleeping. "Glimmer time to wake up" She says. I fake yawn. "Morning Mom," I say back she puts some stuff on my dresser and walks out. I look out the window but she's gone. The bush below my window is completely destroyed from her landing on it. A few moments later Adora comes running back with clothes in her hands. She climbs back in, and throws the clothes on my bed. "Morning babe." She kisses me. "You know what," I say. "What" she smiles. "Your cute when you have twigs in your hair." I pull one out. She laughs. "I'm gonna go change okay?" she says. "Okay," I repeat back. She grabs her clothes and walks to my bathroom.  She walks out within the middle of putting on her shirt. She got at least a six-pack if not more. I hear her say some I'm not sure what it was. "Huh" I reply finally looking up, "I said  Do you like what you see babe." she restates. "Yeah, I guess," I say shyly. "Don't be shy I'm all yours," she says confidently. "Now I'm going to climb back out the window knock on the front door and your going to act like I was never here and ride to school with me." she climbs back out the window.  I change.

     A few minutes later I hear a knock on my door. I open it my mom stands in the doorway. "One of your friends is here." She says. "Yeah, friend," I think to myself. I walk out. "Hey Adora what are you doing here," I say in a normal tone. "I just wanted to see if you wanted to ride to school  with me? Since it rained last night and I don't think you want to get that pretty car of yours dirty."She states. "I would love to just let me grab my stuff," I reply. I walk back out with my backpack. We walk out of my house and get into her truck. We pull out of the driveway and take off. Were driving down the road when she takes one of her hands of the steering wheel and grabs my hand. "So babe I have a question to ask you." Her thumb rubs my hand. "Sure what is it?" I ask. "Do you maybe like want to go on a date after the football game Friday. Well not like a date but like me you in a quiet place?"  she says. "I would love to," I respond.
