Practice

Adora's POV
     I wake up at 5:30. I didn't take a shower last night, and I was sweating a lot. So I walk into my bathroom strip, then turn the water on and jump in the shower. I swear it feels like heaven in the shower. The hot water feels great against the stickiness the dried sweat has created. Once I'm all clean; I dry off, throw on a pair of shorts, and a shirt. I put my hair in a ponytail and put a headband on to keep my hair out of my face. I exit the room and walk into the kitchen. My dad is sitting on the recliner drinking a cup of coffee. I grab a red bull from the fridge. "Hey, I'm leaving practice so bye," I say. "Okay just don't die like you almost didn't last night." He chuckles. I walk out the door and walk to my truck.
I pull up into the parking lot and get out. I sprint to the field.

Glimmer's POV
I wake up at about 10:45ish. I check my phone there's a bunch of messages on my lock screen. I open my phone and click on messages.

Bow: good morning peoples
Entrapta: mornin
Mermista: it's too early for this
Pefuma: Mermista it's 10
Mermista: I know it is but still
Babe: Mermista I've been up since 5:30 this morning so shut up.
Bow: who's down to go see a movie and then go to the mall after I need new shoes and clothes.
Mermista: I'm down
Perfuma: sounds better than laying around all day.
Entrapta: yesss this means a new video game.
Me: sound good. Adora?
Babe: yeah let's do it.
Bow: I vote for the new Medea movie
Me: I've been meaning to see that
Mermista: I vote Alita: Battle Angel
Entrapta: same as Mermista
Perfuma: Medea
Babe: Sorry Ladies but I'm gonna have to go with Medea.
Mermista: fuck you.
Babe: no thanks I have a girlfriend
Those six made blush uncontrollably.
Mermista: Ew I don't want to know what y'all do
Bow: miss us with that gay shit
Babe: you know that you and Mermista are the only ones that aren't gay right.
Bow: oops I forgot sorry p & e
Me: wait their gay?? My whole life is a lie??
Perfuma: oh yeah we forgot to tell Glimmer.
Entrapta: I thought it was obvious but apparently not. Also, I and Perfuma are dating so like that's also a thing.
Me: oou I ship it

Babe: I like that Mermista: Ok are you guys done with you gay shit now Babe: Yeah I think so btw I gotta take a shower and change before we meet so meet at Bow's at 11? Me: ok Perfuma: Sure Entrapta: cool Mermista: Ugh I guess that's cool or whatever Bow: See you guys soon

I click the off button and get out of my bed so I can change.
I throw on a random pair of jeans a shirt and then I put Adora's hoodie on. It's my favorite thing to wear.
