Chapter 13

When I wake up, doctors are surrounding me. "Why are you guys starring at me?"

A female doctor begins to speak, "Dear, you've been knocked out for days. Five to be exact." I notice Caleb and my parents are now next to me. "What are you guys doing here?"

"You've been out for days! We can't just leave you here by yourself!"

"You're not here for me any other time, why now?"

"Beatrice!"

"It's true!"

"Stop that this instance!"

"I wake up from being knocked out and you're already yelling at me dad!"

"Please Beatrice!"

I look away from them, "Can you please leave?"

"Okay, but there is someone here for you," my mother says while leaving. As soon of they all leave, my heart sinks when I see who's here.

Tobias.

"Tobias, what are you going here?"

"I've been in town for awhile, and when I heard what happened I came. I've been sitting in the waiting room for five days," he says while holding up flowers. I fake a smile, "Thank you."

He nods his head.

"Why did you wait for me?"

"Because I love you and I know how this happened."

My eyes widened, "How did you know?"

"My father's a idiot, he dropped his keys outside your house and," but I cut him off.

"Did you bring me here?"

He nods.

"Why?"

"I hear an explosion from your house, I'm going to see if you're okay," but I cut him off again by kissing him. I kiss him full of passion, but not in a sloppy way. He kisses back, but I pull away. "Thank you."
