Sage heard his voice his eyes widened and his heart soared and his ears could never hear something prettier, but his mouth dried up and his butterflies were having a party and he felt like he was going to throw up.
"Hello?"
Yes it's me Sage and would you go out with me this Friday?
But Sage couldn't even spit those words out and instead just echoed.
"Hello."
Then they started to talk about Pokémon.
So it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't exactly what he wanted.
