"JIMINIE!"
Jimin cringed at the shrill voice shouting his name. He immediately knew it was Taehyung. How could he mistake the voice for anybody else? Or mistake it in general. Nonetheless, hearing the boy's loud voice brought a smile to Jimin's face. Because, yes, Taehyung was now practically his best friend. He'd never cliqued with another person so quickly. He'd never really cliqued with any other person, but that doesn't matter.
Jimin turned around to greet his boisterous friend with a bright smile. "Taehyungie!" he said cheerfully. His arms instinctively spread wide for a hug, which the younger gratefully accepted. They hugged for a solid seven seconds, firm hold on each other. Jimin loved the feeling of hugging someone who wasn't a family member. It warmed his heart immensely.
"Want to go to lunch with me today?" Taehyung asked after the two pulled apart. A bright boxy grin shown on his face, and who was Jimin to say no to that?
Jimin effortlessly returned the smile, nodding enthusiastically in response to Taehyung's question.
Taehyung clapped his hands together. "Great! Okay, meet me by the exit near the gym as soon as possible after the lunch bell rings."
Jimin nodded obediently and gave Taehyung one more smile. "Okay. Well, I've gotta get to class, so I'll see you at lunch," Jimin said.
Taehyung nodded and embraced the older once more in a tight hug before he left.
"Bye, Jiminie~" he called.
Jimin smiled brightly and shook his head thoughtfully before turning on his heals and heading to class.

Jimin awaited the ring of the bell that would signal lunch was starting. He stared intently at the clock on the wall, watching as the second hand ticked by. Painfully slow. Almost as if it were taunting Jimin. He glared at the clock before looking away. His eyes were now glued to his paper, where he had scribbled out sketches.
Upon further investigation, Jimin found the sketches were of different facial expressions that Yoongi made. More specifically, Yoongi's features crinkled together in a cute nose scrunch. Which was an expression he used often.
Jimin blushed furiously and slammed his notebook shut without a moment's hesitation. He set his pencil down and buried his face in his hands, dwelling in the pure embarrassment of doodling his crush's face in his notebook. At least no one saw, he thought to himself. I hope not, anyway.
The bell chose that exact moment to ring, to which Jimin inwardly groaned. It couldn't have waited until the red across his cheeks had dissipated, at the very least...
Jimin sighed and stood reluctantly from his seat. He grabbed his backpack from the floor and shoved his notebook into it. His pencil went into his hoodie pocket, and he slung his bag over his shoulder. Jimin's hand swept through his hair in one swift motion before he exited the classroom with the rest of the relieved students. He made his way to the school exit near the gym, as intructed by Taehyung.
