Yoongi kept a firm grip on Jimin's hand as they exited the ice cream parlor. He liked the way their hands fit together; it felt so right to him, and he definitely never wanted to let go if holding Jimin's hand felt this good.

"Hyung, you don't have to hold my hand so tight. I'm not gonna blow away," Jimin said with a giggle.

"I like the feeling of your hand in mine. It feels nice," Yoongi said.

Jimin's cheeks dusted a light rosy color, and not just from the cold outside. Yoongi always knew exactly what to say, and it frustrated Jimin, to say the least, because he always felt so nervous and the butterflies in his stomach went wild when he was around Yoongi, but Yoongi seemed so... suave about it all. It made him want to punch him in the face with his love.

The two boys walked in silence, slowly making their way back to Jimin's house. They savored their time together, trying to make the best of it while it lasted and enjoyed each other's company.

Endless thoughts swarmed in Jimin's mind; thoughts he couldn't control. He wondered if Yoongi would ask him to be his boyfriend, or if he even wanted to put a label on them. He wondered if this was all a joke, and if Yoongi didn't really like him as he claimed to. But, he quickly disregarded that option. He refused to believe anything of the sort.

The pair were turning the corner on Jimin's street when Jimin decided to say something.

"Hyung?"

Yoongi hummed in response.

Jimin gulped down the lump in his throat, and glanced at Yoongi. "What... What are we?"

As the two came ever closer to Jimin's house, Yoongi smiled a small smile and gently squeezed the younger's hand. "I'll leave that up to you to decide," Yoongi said simply.

Jimin felt like the weight of the world was just dropped onto his shoulders in that moment. How was he supposed to decide? Clearly Yoongi had no clue about how indecisive Jimin was.

"B-But hyung," Jimin stuttered. "Wh-"

"It's okay, Jiminie," Yoongi said with a reassuring smile. "Don't feel so pressured."

Jimin pouted, and was about to turn away to walk down the path to his home, but was stopped as he felt the elder kiss him on the cheek. Jimin froze in his place, eyes wide and cheeks an immeasurable shade of red. Yoongi chuckled.

"I'll see you later, Jimin," Yoongi said. He gave Jimin's hand one last reassuring squeeze before letting go, and walking away.

Jimin didnt have the composure to say anything, so he sort of just stood there for a long thirty seven seconds before realizing he was still outside. He hurriedly rushed to the front door and went straight to his bedroom. He ignored Jihyun's annoying questions, and quickly called Taehyung.
