Emilia was alone, she stared at the meat she had made a and took a vicious bite and pulled it off from her face. She began to chew the beast she had cooked and sigh sadly as she looks at her door.

"Who does the boy think he is fooling?", she asked herself "I know he doesn't love me...I know he fears me...most importantly...I know something happened in school"

The giantess tears a little and sat outside by herself. She puts her finger in the dirt and began to draw shapes. Not an artist in the slight, she did a rough stick figure family and felt guilt and talked to herself.

"What am I doing? I kidnapped a child... worst part is I almost killed him" she held her face, "all I want is a kid, is that  so hard to ask...something that will call me mommy and never leave me... his race...they took that... but I'm sure a human is like a giant...just...more fragile"

She thought long and hard and peeks over at the boy from the outside window. Schultz was half asleep writing papers in his journal

"I wonder what he keeps there...none of my buisness, but..." she hits herself "no, no, no, and no"

The giantess took a deep breath and let's it all out in one big sigh. She felt more relaxed and made a terrible choice, she was going to leave Schultz and let him free. She entered with a bit of tears and firmly called him

"Schultz", she sat by him

"Yes, mom?" He climbs on her lap

The giantess froze, emilia looked at the boy and rubs her eyes, seems like the word mom finally came out from him. Little did she know, he did that for his survival. She pauses and took back her recent thought, maybe her wish can come true, it's just a matter of development.

"M-my baby, I... I just wanted to know if...if you are full, that's it!"

"Uhm...yeah, mom, I guess", he shyly said

Schultz returns to the foot of the bed and curls up, but emilia wanted to make some more steps in this relationship and picks him up. Schultz froze and gulps looking at her. She moves to the left side of the bed and puts Schultz on the right. She removed her gauntlet and places the boy inside to use as a sleeping mat

"My son, I love you,...you know that right? T-that mommy loves you"

Schultz nods sweating a bit "o-ofcourse, mother..."

She bit her lips displeased, he didn't return the 'I love you', but she has faith. Her strong belief says that one day, he will love her back and maybe be a bit more clingy. She didn't let this bother her, knowing that she can develop this love is enough for her to keep going. She couldn't help, but to run her soft fingers into her new son's small head.
