My alarm went off, waking me up and making my groan as I rolled out of my bed. I stood up straight and started to pick out my clothes.

After I picked out my clothes I turned on my music and started my morning routine. When I was done I went to go close my blinds since I leave them open at night so the moonlight can shine into my room.

I took off my pajamas and put my clothes on since I took a shower last night before checking the time and seeing I only had enough time for a bowl of cereal.

I slid my shoes on and grabbed my book bag before going downstairs and putting my book bag by the door.

I made my bowl of cereal and ate before putting the bowl in the sink and grabbing my book bag on my way out of the door.

While I was walking down the sidewalk I was untangling my headphones, hoping to get them plugged in my phone and shit before I got to this bus stop or anyone tried to talk to me but just to my luck Stokeley walked out of his house as I walked past it.

"Hey Mila" he smiled at me making me send a warm smile back to him.

"Hey Stokes" I called back with the nickname I gave him as a child also.

Stokeley was weird to me now and he kind of made me uncomfortable. We were cool at first until he started this relationship shit and I ain't with that but no matter how many times I say no he always comes back.

I'm surprised he didn't ask me just now.

I don't know it's just weird and makes things uncomfortable when your friends try to step out of their box and he was trying to take a leap for mankind out of his.

"Maia isn't driving you to school today?" He asked as he kept his eyes on his shoes before glancing up at me.

I shook my head "she's at work right now but she's coming to get me after school" I told him.

He nodded "I'm getting my car soon you know, maybe I could take you back and forth seeing as we go to the same school anyways" he offered.

I shrugged at his offer "maybe."
