A/N: Guess who got their laptop fixed! I finally finished the new chapter. Sorry it's not the longest chapter. I just wanted to post something for you guys to read. Anyway, enjoy!
You still couldn't believe that Seungjun wasn't gone. You thought for sure you wouldn't see him in the morning, but he was still here. Maybe the rules were different if you fell in love with the ghost.
You wished that were the case because you didn't know what you would do without Seungjun. You didn't want him to leave your sight for the rest of the day. You always had your eye on him somehow. You had to make sure he didn't disappear.
After you closed up shop, you decided that you were going to talk to him about it.
"Seungjun, can I talk to you about something?" You asked him.
"Of course," Seungjun said, "what is it?"
"Well, you see, I think that I..." you trailed off.
"You think that you what?" Seungjun persisted.
"I think I might... be in love," you finally muttered.
His usually smiling face curved downward. "I see," he whispered. "Who is it?"
"You."
He looked up at you sadly. "I thought so."
"I'm sorry," you apologized.
"I told you everyone falls in love at some point," Seungjun said, "I knew it would happen. It was just a matter of when. You can't escape fate."
"Seungjun..."
"Good night (y/n)," Seungjun said as he starting walking up the stairs to go to sleep even though it wasn't even dark.
"Hopefully not forever," you said.
Seungjun paused on the stairs. He heard you. "When I'm gone, i want you to forget about me. Go love someone else. Loving someone like me isn't worth it." Then he continued up the stairs, not turning to look back.
"Good night."
