After dinner, Granny Smith once again stood up, and began to clear the dishes. "You two be good, I'm taking Applebloom with me to the farmers market." she said, dropping some dishes into the sink.

"Are ya gonna sell her?!" Big Mac asked excitedly. He already had Applejack, and wasn't excited when he was told he was getting another sibling. Granny Smith glared. "No, I ain't gonna SELL her." she snapped.

"We'll be good, Granny." Applejack said. Granny smiled and left the barn. Applejack went upstairs and walked into her room. She took out a piece of paper and began to draw herself, alone and without noise. It made her happy just thinking about it.

Soon, the door opened. It was Big Mac. "Get out." Applejack said, not taking her eyes off of her paper. "Watcha drawin'? You and yer boyfriend?" Mac asked, teasing his sister.

"HE AIN'T MY BOYFRIEND!" Applejack screamed, and she ran away, outside her room, then outside the barn, and then outside the farm grounds. She went toward the Everfree forest.

"I'm not brave enough ma flank!" she called to herself, recalling what her brother said. Then she trudged in.
