Sssooo....today was quite boring. My math teacher was also more grumpy than usual, and some people took this test, but I forgot what it was called. Also, during Buc Block, we were reading this story called "The Boy with Striped Pajamas", and it's about the Holocaust. I gotta say it was very interesting, but it was boring since I saw a video about it in Germany.
*****!!!!!SPOILER!!!!!!*****(Don't read this part if you want to read it and don't want spoilers about the book) WARNING: This may be offensive to some people, and for that I am very sorry!
So it's basically this 9 year old boy named Bruno, and his 12 year old sister Gretel(Who's a witch by the way) moves to a new place. Bruno becomes friends with this boy in a concentration camp for Jews. (No offense by the way.)
(A concentration camp is a place where people get tortured and killed, so yeah, it's not one of those fun camps with games and everything, or one where you learn about stuff.)
Bruno and Gretel are the children of this powerful man and is almost ranked as high as Adolf Hitler.
I haven't read the whole book, so I'm basing this off of what I know from the video so I might be a little wrong when you read it. The boy in the concentration camp successfully sneaks Bruno in, and as he was there, they were rushed into a place where they thought was a shower, but actually it was a gas chamber. Bruno and the boy dies, and yeah, that's basically the gist of it.

Also, then after that, we did some normal classwork, watched some videos about volcanoes, and yatta yatta, blah blah blah.
