"What's Good Snake?" I asked dapping him up.
"Not much same shit floating in the toilet." He said and sat down with Maurice right next to him.
"You been good?" Sean asked
"Yeah man. I keep hearing this small chatter about Bk9 looking for us though." He said lighting a spliff.
"We ain't exactly hiding." Alijah said
"I know but ain't just gonna roll up on us and take us out. They're gonna try to make it sneaky." Snake said
"Whose they?" I asked
"Leon's two other sons. They took up for Bk9 when they dad went to jail." Snake said
"Well why the hell he waited four years damn near to do or act on something? These dudes be waiting too long." I said
"Probably being guided by his father. These two don't know any better." Snake said
"Well if he wanna find us he know where we are. He can find us just like you just did." Sean said
"True." Snake said
"Not only that, but we ain't hiding." Alijah said
"All I'm saying is they potentially coming after both of us so let's keep the link up iight?" Snake said and we all dabbed each other up.
Zadie
I looked over at Gretchen and wanted to smack the shit out of her.
"A sorry? Because I knew you were behind the door for me to intentionally hit you right?" I said
"It doesn't matter you did it and you can't even bother to apologize for it?" Gretchen said
"No! You don't demand an apology, you get it when the person truly means it. I don't mean it so get over yourself." I said. I was in the mirror dapping under my eyes where the tears hadn't escaped from earlier.
"I would think a rich girl like you would be able to afford manners." Gretchen said
"Little girl I have been to charm school, finishing school and Etiquette school. I have manners, but choosing when to use them and when not to use them was learned from life experience. So basically I'm saying, suck it up." I said and walked out the bathroom.
When I got back over to my friends, I hugged Amie from behind. She rubbed my arms and wiggles me side to side.
"You okay?" She asked
"Just had a little run in with Gretchen." I said
"You know Alijah calls her grosschen right?" Lilly said
"Oh my God. What! Why?" I asked
"He doesn't like her, he wants Tristen and you to get back together." Lilly answered
"Well her name fits her," I said.
"Come on guys. Let's go up to the balcony. Sean's looking for me." Amie said and grabbed one of my arms that were still around her. I hesitated to move for a second and she noticed and turned to me.
"If you feel awkward I will leave with you." Amie said
"No I wouldn't pull you away from Sean." I said
"Girl please. If I leave I'll just see him later, he'll understand why I left." Amie explained.
I nodded and let her guide me over to the staircase for he balcony area, where Lilly was standing there waiting for us to go upstairs.
