16: Dating News

Sara's POV:

It was almost the end of my day at work when Hanna came.

"You promised to finish work early today!" She exclaimed upon seeing the pile of work at my desk.

We agreed to watch this movie she's been looking forward to and have dinner afterwards.

"I'm just about done, give me 10 minutes!" I told her and rushed to finish my work. She agreed then grabbed her phone and get comfy in the couch.

As I was going over the last file, I heard my phone ring. I searched for my phone under the stack of papers. I felt my heart skip a beat as I see who's calling. I immediately pressed accept.

"Yeoboseyo?"

"Jagiya! Did you miss me?", he asked while pouting.

I can't help but grin at what he said. "Not really.", I know that's a big fat lie.

I couldn't even explain what I'm feeling right now after not hearing from him since yesterday and now he's here calling me his jagiya.

"I know you do, there's no sense denying it.". He's such a tease. "Did you get my presents?", he added.

"Aigoo! Why did you have to send something that huge? It literally takes up a lot of space in my bed.". I don't even know why I'm complaining when I love it so much.

"You put it on your bed?", he looks surprised at the same time he has that mischievous grin on his face. "Make sure to hug me real tight when you sleep, okay? I mean hug the bunny tight."

"You're a jerk!"

He laughed real loud at my reaction.

We talked for a good few minutes before Hanna tried to get my attention and pointed at her watch, pointing out that we'll be late.

"I have to go. I have a date with Hanna, she's here actually." Hanna said a quick hello and Jungkook did the same.

"Look after my girl please?", he asked which caused for Hanna to have that questioning look in her face.

She still replied, "I sure will."

"Stay safe. Text me once you're home and no boys while I'm away okay?

Why does he talk as if he's my father?

Before ending the call, I can't help but reply, "Yes, daddy!", which made Hanna burst out in laughter.

"Wtf was that about?", she had that accusing look in her face.

"What?" I tried to act coy, but I know that she will not let this topic rest until she got all the juicy details.

"He just called you jagiya and my girl? Hmm are you guys dating?"

"Aniyo (No). We're just kinda close, that's all."

"Close, my ass! You better start talking young lady."

"We're not dating, I swear! We just talk over the phone from time to time. He likes to mess with me that's why he's calling me jagiya and all."
