I scanned the room and found a lot of familiar faces. Mostly executives from the company, business partners, several members of the media, celebrities and even social media influencers.
I spotted Nam Joohyuk in the other end of the room and he made his way to us.
He reached out for a hug and kissed me on the cheek. He did the same to Hannah. "It's good to see you both and what can I say, you're both stealing the show tonight." He said.
"Don't patronize us, Joohyuk." I told him with a smile.
"I'm serious, you look like you walked out of a fashion magazine. You're breaking my heart right now knowing you have a boyfriend already." He said. I didn't find a hint of malice in his face, but I got worried.
"What do you mean?" Hannah asked him.
"I did meet Sara's boyfriend while they were out on a date, I guess." He explained.
"Really?" Hannah said then looked at me questioningly.
"He should be here soon, right?" He continued.
"About that." I said then walked closer to Joohyuk. "I'd appreciate if you keep your mouth shut. I'll tell everyone about our relationship when I'm ready." I whispered with a hint of a warning.
He just laughed it off. "Sure thing. You can count on me, Sara." He said while zipping his lips.
Then he added, "Look who's finally here. I guess that's my turn to leave."
I turned to find 7 gods walking lol. Seriously, they look amazing in suits. They can literally pull off any outfit and look like they walked out of a magazine.
One particular man had my attention though.
