Eyyyy I got my computer fixed! Too bad my phone stopped charging...

~Rainbow Steve's POV~

Me and Blue Steve walk into the dorm room, and see both Shark and Sabre doing their own thing; in silence. Well, it was silence, up until me and Blue Steve came into the room.

"Can you believe we have to do that whole essay tonight?!" he explains loudly as we walk in, then gets quieter when he sees Shark and Sabre. "I know right, it's a lot," I say quietly as I set my bag down next to the couch. I sit down on the seat, and Blue Steve sits down as well, and we continue our conversation there. Next, I pull out my sketchbook from my bag and flip to the next clear page as I continue to talk to Blue Steve.

Something isn't right... I think to myself as I start to piece things together. Shark and Sabre were in here, alone, doing their own thing in silence, I think to myself as Blue Steve keeps talking, and I tune him out slightly.

"...believe that-- Are you listening to me, Rainbow Steve?" Blue Steve asks and snaps me back into reality. "What? Oh, sorry, I got a little sidetracked," I say apologetically and he repeats himself. I listen this time as I continue to sketch, forming the body of my person I am drawing. "That's fine, I was just checking. As I was saying, I can't believe that all of the hard work we put in for that History essay went to waste when we got a new history teacher," Blue Steve explains with a huff.

I mean, it's understandable; he worked really hard on that essay, he managed to make it ten and a half pages long, and he stayed up late one night working on it. Mine, on the other hand, was probably going to fail honestly.

My phone buzzes in my back pocket, and when I get up and pull it out I see I got a new text message from my mom. I look up at Blue Steve apologetically once again and he nods, completely understanding.

***

Mom - Hey sweetie! How's school going?

Me - Pretty good I guess, how's things going at the house?

Mom - Good, I was checking in to tell you that you got a break coming up soon, and that your father will be coming to get you in a few weeks to take you home for the extended break. Sound good?

Me - I guess. Anyway, I got to go mom, sorry, byeeee

Mom - Alright, love you honey, bye.

I turn off my phone and then look up at Blue Steve. Announcing to everyone, I say, "Apparently we all got a break coming up in a few weeks, and we're going to be out of school for an extra three days after the weekend." Blue Steve smiles and jumps up in excitement, making me giggle softly.

Sabre doesn't look up, and instead keeps working on what looks like a drawing, and Shark nods as I speak. Then, almost moving robotically, Sabre gets up. "What are you guys in the mood for for dinner?" (Yes, there is two 'for's for a reason)

"Pizza!" Blue Steve shouts and then Sabre looks at both me and Shark. Shark shrugs his shoulders and I just nod hesitantly. Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of pizza, but since Blue Steve loves it, I get it quite often. Sabre nods and then goes to the kitchen freezer, and pulls out a deep dish frozen pizza. He places it on a cookie sheet, and then pre-heats the oven.

After so long the oven is done pre-heating, he places the cookie sheet in the oven and sets a timer for eighteen minutes from now. He sits down again and continues to draw, and Blue Steve turns on the tv for our homework. This 'Current Events' class I was put in sucks..

~Time skip because I'm lazyyyyyyyy~

The timer goes off, signalling the pizza is done. Sabre gets up and then rushes over to the oven. He pulls out the pizza cutters and then cuts the pizza up into eight slices in total. He puts two onto one plate, two on another, two on the third plate, and then only one on the last plate. Sabre comes into the main area of our room with two of the plates, and then hands me and Blue Steve the plates.

He goes back to the kitchen area and gets the other two plates, handing one to Shark and leaving the last one for himself; the one with only one slice. Blue Steve starts eating right away, and so does Shark, while I just sit there for a moment. I just think about things, while everyone else starts eating.

After a minute or two I finally start eating, and I take a bite into the warm and cheesy pizza. I can already tell I got a slight bit of pizza sauce on my face, but I ignore it and keep eating. After I just finish my first slice, Blue Steve gets up and heads towards the kitchen; where he places his plate in the sink.

Was I that slow at eating?

I pick up the next slice of pizza, and then bite into it as well; just to find out it is already cold for the most part. Yep, I was that slow. Oh well...

Not long after I finally finish eating the pizza, long after everyone else, and so I go to the sink and place the plate in it. I see all the others plates sitting there in the sink, as well as some other dishes, and so I grab the sponge and start to scrub the dishes. I only got a few dishes cleaned and in the drying rack so far, but I hear the tv pause. A few moments later Blue Steve comes in and when he sees me doing the dishes, he walks over and comes to help. I scrub the dishes, and then Blue Steve rinses them off in the sink.

We do this for a while, up until we are almost finished. Blue Steve then looks at me, and I look back at him; and he breaks out into a laughing fit. "What's so funny?" I ask and then he grabs a paper towel, not saying a word as he continues to giggle.

Next thing I know, he's wiping some pizza sauce off my face, making me blush slightly. He giggles and says, "You still had pizza sauce on yours face!" then he breaks out into laughter, again.

Why am I blushing?

Wait.. do I.. like him?

~~~
Not feeling the best about this, but I'm just not feeling that good in general. I about passed out today...
