In tears there I was, crying over and over again slowly going down the stairs. Everybody was watching a movie, I attempted to walk down the stairs without collapsing but I failed, I accidentally missed the step in front of me as I was walking down and fell down. I couldn't see anything, it was blurry, my eyes were drowned in tears. I managed to see a few people in front of me but it was too blurry to know who.
"Rey, are you okay?" I heard Zions voice as he lifted me up pulling me in for a hug. I wiped my tear and wrapped my arms around his neck and I felt his grip tighten. "What the fuck happened" I hear Tiffany's voice as I leave Zions arms to look at her. "He cheated on her with.." zion pauses as he looks at Haley. Everybody was in shock, I forced a smile.
"This has to be some mistake, nick loves her way too much for that" Edwin said, the boy who knew nick the best but I shrugged. "Maybe he tricked us all" I responded to edwin but he refused to accept the fact over what Nick did, I didn't know why but he did.
"Maybe i didn't deserve him" I whispered enough for them to hear it. Zion puts my hair behind my eat and looks deeply into my eyes. "You deserve better" he said smiling at me but i furrowed m eyebrows.
"Are you kidding me? You cheated on me too why should I listen to any of you" the day zion cheated on me, all those feelings hit me like a truck again, I don't know what hurt the most. nick cheating on me or zion? I sighed one more time.
"I knew it was a mistake, me and Nick. That's why I left in the first place" I wiped my tears again wondering what to do next, I had no idea of where to go or what to do. I knew I couldn't leave, I went out the door as I sat on the stairs outside the house just sitting there thinking about what just happened.
I hear the door open and I see edwin sitting next to me, i turn my head to look at him.
"I'm sorry for what just happened, Nicks a dick" he says causing me to chuckle while I was crying. I look straight forward to see the big wire houses in front of me, their neighbors. I felt like talking to elle or Ashley.. maybe Edward but it wouldn't feel right. They didn't know nick like edwin did, they wouldn't understand like edwin would.
"But he really loves you, the way he tosses gabbi-" I cut him off. "Is the way he cut me off for Haley, I mean I get why, she's so much prettier" I pause and stand up walking down the two steps as I turn around to face edwin. "Fuck! Why did he have to make me feel like I wasn't good enough for him!" I shout as I hit the cobblestone stair with my foot.
"Hey hey.. wanna go out with the others to make you feel better?" He asked me and I rolled my eyes, is he serious? "Edwin, are you joking right now?" I asked him and he chuckles.
"You're really not gonna be there for my birthday?" He has a point, I surrendered and nodded as he smiled and gave me a tight hug. "Skate" I rolled my eyes again. "Don't you remember the last time?"
"I'll help you" he dragged out his words, I giggled.

We were finally at the skatepark, everyone in the group, including nick. I didn't talk to him through the drive or since he told me he cheated on me. I skated, i kinda succeeded but I was so close from falling a few times, the boys tiffany and char were rocking it. Ashley and Elle were trying way too hard, causing me to laugh or how much they wiggled.
"NO FUCK" Ashley fell to the ground and I laughed. I gave her my hand to help her up and she accepted my offer.
I walked up to edwin and gave him a hug, a big one.
"What was that for" he said questioning and I shrugged. He brushed his black curly hair and smiled at me. "For every time you've been the hero you've always been" i chuckled out and he furrowed his eyebrows. I hugged him again, making my eyes meet nicks but I look away immediately.
I skate again on the ramps at the skatepark and I accidentally fall down on my butt, hurting really bad this time. I brush the dirt I got from my military green high waisted jeans.
"You need some help" I hear a familiar voice ask me and I immediately look up to meet somebody's brown eyes, the type of brown eyes I adored.
"Nick stop I don't need your help" I said to him but he didn't stop begging for my forgiveness. I walked away but he kept running after me.
"Look, you fucked up, that's it." He wasn't even trying, trying to win me back. I walked away, far away from the others. I needed me time. Tears were falling again, I felt like nick dug a deep hole for me and I just jumped right in, expecting him to get me out of that hole, but he didn't.

A few hours had gone and I still wasn't home, I didn't know if I should call it my home anymore. I didn't even want to be there.
My phone buzzed and I picked up my phone.

Hey, come home. It's getting late

That's not my home
Nick
I fucked up okay but don't make yourself pay for my mistakes

So you're saying it's not my fault for not being good enough? Not being what you needed?
