~Harmony's POV~

*a few months later*

"Happyyy birthdayyyy, dear hakeemmm, happyyy birthdayyy to youuu!" we all sang and cheered as he blew out his candles

After he finished, he ran over to me.

"Here you go lil' man. It's from me and Ti-ti ." he says with a smile as he hands him the box then hugs him and stangs back up.

"Thank you ti-ti, thank you juju!" hakeems says with a smile and he hugs both of us

He runs off somewhere.

"I love you." jullian says

"I love you too." i says and he kisses me on the forehead "Do you realize how short you make me feel?" i ask and laugh

"Well I'm 6'3, and you're 5'4, so technically you are short." he says

"Smart ass."i mumble playfully and he laughs

"I like short girls though, they do everything better!" he says and grabs my butt.

"Stop nasty, there are small children around." I say and see Christien walking towards me

I bend over and pick him up.

"What's wrong?" i asks

He just looks at me with his lip poked out, then he places his head on my shoulder.

"Who did it?" i ask

Without hesitation he points to Lamar, and lamar begins to laugh.

"What did you do to my baby?" i ask him

"I didn't do anything." he says still laughing

"What he do?" i ask

"No cake." he says

"I told him he had to ask you first." lamar says still somewhat laughing

"He can have some." i say and put christien down

"Now, back to what I was saying." jullian says "Short girls do everything better, and their asses are fatter!" he whispers and smirks

I laugh and shake my head.

*3 hours later*

After the party, I dropped Jullian off at home and went to the store with Christien.

"Cereal!?" he asks and points

"Which one?" i ask and he points to the reeses puffs. I put them in the cart and he smiles

"Thank you." he says

"You're welcome." i say and smile

"Harmony!?" i hear a woman say and I turn around and see Ms.Denine.

"Hi." i say and smile

"How have you been?" she says as she hugs me

"Umm, pretty good. How about you?" i ask her

"I've been ok. We miss you though!" she says

"We?" i ask

"The family. Elias, jermaine, and I, along with everyone else." she says

"Aww, Well tell everyone I said hello" i say

"Hello Harmony." I hear a deep familiar voice behind me

"Mommy...." i hear christien whine

I turn around and see Elias standing there holding Chris.

"Give me my son." i say strictly

"Only if you agree to take me back." he says

"Excuse my language Ms.Denine, but hell would have to freeze over before I took your cheatin' ass back." i say

"Oh, that's how it is? I thought it was til death do us part..." he trails off with a sinister look on his face

"Elias, give her that baby." ms.denine says

"Mother, stay out of this, it has nothing to do with you." he says

"Mommy...."he whines again and reaches for me

"Shut up, mama's boy." elias says to chris

"Elias, don't hurt our child." i say and elias looks at me and becomes angry

"I won't hurt him." elias says with a sinister look "Say bye bye to mommy." elias says and runs out of the store and I chase after him. He gets in his car and pulls over quickly

"Why? What did I do that was so wrong?" i question myself

"You didn't do anything." she says "We just have to go find him." she says and rubs my back

I get in my car and she gets in hers and she follows me around to the normal places he goes.

I knock frantically on Jermaine's door and Tierra answers the door with an attitude.

"What!?" she asks

"Where's jermaine?" i ask

"Mindin' his business." she says

"Listen bitch, I don't like you, and I know you know that, so just tell me where the hell jermaine is so I can get the hell on with my life and find my damn baby!" i say

"Find your baby?" she asks

"Yes, my baby." i say

"What happened?" she asks

"Just tell jermaine to call me." i say and leave

"Wait..." she says and tells me to come in.

She goes to get Jermaine and when he comes downstairs I can alteady tell he was asleep and be knows nothing about what's going on. I tell him what happened and he said he'll tell me if he sees them.

I looked everywhere I could think of, until I ran out of ideas and then I just decided to file a report at the police department.

"What does the child look like?" the man asks

"He's brown skin, with curly brown hair, light brown eyes, and he's about this tall." i say and measure his height with my hand

"We'll try to do everything we can, I don't know how much we can do, but I guarantee, we will try our best to bring your son back to you." he says

"No, I need you to do more than your best. I need you to go above and beyond the call of duty. My son is the only thing that keeps me sane. That little boy is the reason I do the things I do, that boy is my entire world, and if I never get to see him again, I will be in the office every day, making everyone in here's life a living hell!" i say

"Yes ma'am!" he says and leaves witha few other officers to look for them

My phone rings and it'sJullian, I ignore it.

He calls back several times, but I continue to ignore the calls.
