Chapter 37

~Harmony's POV~

"Harmony, baby where are you?" I hear Elias ask as he walks in the front door

I never changed the locks, and he still had his key, so he just let himself in.

He searches the house until he finds me in the kitchen.

"Harmony, I just wanna talk, and work all of this out. All I want is you and Christien. You and that little boy are all I have!" He says

I don't say anything.

"Harmony, I love you and you know it. I slipped once. One time. I fucked up and I hurt you. I didn't mean it. I got drunk, and there was a female that reminded me of you. Big beautiful eyes, a pretty smile, and I missed you. We talked and drank and I got caught up and I slipped up." He says

He tried to come around the counter towards me but I signal for him not to.

"Can you please just say something.." he pleads

"Why did you lie?" I ask

"Because I didn't want to see you hurt? I didn't want to leave me, and I didn't want you to take Chris away from me." He says

I hear little footsteps.

"Mommy, I-" he stops hisself when he sees Elias "DADDY!!!" H e runs to him and Elias picks him up

"You been a good boy?" Elias asks

"Yes." Christien says

"Better be." Elias says and flips christien upside down and tickles him

I stand there and watch them. Tears slowly roll down my face and Elias sees the tears and comes over to me.

"Baby, what's wrong?" He asks, standing behind me

"Nothing, just you interacying with our son is a beautiful thing." I say and wipe my tears

"Can we just make it official? Can I come back?" He asks as he kisses my forehead

I don't say anything, I just turn towards him.

"Are you.....?" He trails off

"Yes.." i say

"Is it mine?" He asks

"Yes." I say and rub my belly
