Chapter 39

~Harmony's POV~

*4 months later*

"We gotta talk about names." Elias says referring to the baby

"Can we talk about names later? These cravings are crazy right now." I say and walk towards the kitchen

"Awwww, my baby waddles." Elias teases

"Shut up. It's your fault I waddle......" i trail off and think "Wait, didn't I tell you to never touch me again in a sexual way?" I ask and laugh

"Yes, but you started it, and you got this work, and now you waddle." He says and laughs

"It's not funny. I'm fat and I waddle." I say

"You know you'll lose the baby fat as soon as she's born, just like you did after Chris was born." He says as he wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me close to him

I cross my arms across my chest and pout.

He looks at me for a few seconds, but doesn't say anything.

"You're 8 months pregnant right?" He asks me

"Yes." I start "Well, more like 8 and a half." I say

"Hmm." He says and walks away

"What the hell does that mean?" I ask with an attitude

"Nothing." He says

"Are you saying I'm fat?" I ask

"Not at all." He says simply

"Then what-" i cut myself off "Nevermind." I say and walk upstairs

He follows behind me. I was sitting on the bed when he got upstairs and he sat in front of me.

"Awww, why you mad?" He asks me with a smirk

I don't say anything, I don't even look at him.

He took one of cookies off of my plate.

I still don't say anything.

"I love you." He says

Silence.

"You playin'. "He says and smirks "That's ok though, I got something for you."

He takes the plate from my hand, and puts it on the table. He moves closer to me and kisses my face, trying to make me smile.

I sit there with my arms crossed over my chest.

"Get away from me." I say, somewhat playfully

He kisses my neck.

"Stop." I say

He completely ignores me.

*A few hours later*

"Where you goin'?" Elias asks me

"I gotta go take a shower and get dressed, and meet lamar." I say as I get up and put my robe on.

"Ok." He says

I go take my shower and put on tights, a hoodie, and my timbs.

"Where you goin' like that?" elias asks

"I told you, I'm goin' to meet lamar and then I'm coming back." I say simply

"I'm going with you." Elias says

"Elias, I'm coming back.. I promise. Just stay here and relax, watch tv, play with chris, just stay here." I say and turn to leave

"Harmony, come here." He says

"Yes elias!?" I say and walk towards him

He pats his lap for me to sit on his lap.

"I'm not sitting in your lap." I say

"Sit down." He says with a smirk

I sigh and sit down next to him.

"Yes elias!?"

"Gimme a kiss." He says

"If I give you a kiss, then can I leave?" i ask

"Maybe." He says with a smirk

I sigh and kiss him.

He tried to deepen the kiss, but I broke it, and left quickly.

*4 hours later*

"Auntie, can I have a cookie?" Hakeem asks me

"Mommy, can I have one too?" Christien asks

"Sure." I say and give both of them a cookie

"Mommy, can I have some cake?" Elias says and grabs my butt

We both laugh.

"No, you had cake earlier. You don't need anymore." I say

"But mommy, I want some more." He pleads playfully

"No." I say and laugh

"Well, can I have some pineapples?" He asks

"No.. there are two children in the house." I say and smile

"Oh yeah.. how long is hakeem staying? Overnight?" He asks

"Nope, a month." I say

"Aww shit.. we boutta turn up!" He says smiling, causing me to laugh

"Hakeem, christien, come downstairs." He yells and they run downstairs.

"Tonight, you are men, and tonight, we party." He says and they jump up and down and yell.

"Calm down." I say "You have to have energy to party." I say and they calm down

We get stuff together in our room so that we can listen to music and watch movies. I get snacks and we begin our night.

*About 3 hours later*

"I'll do it." He says

"No, it's fine. I'll out the trash." I say and put my shoes on

I take the trash out and tand outside for a little while, just admiring the scenery. The beautiful night sky, the different colored leaves, and the halloween decorations.

I turn and walk back towards the house and I feel water trickle down my leg. I slowly walk back in the house, and tell Elias that my water broke, and he grabs my bag and the kids and puts them in the car.

I change my pants and make my way towards the car.

He called Alise and tell her to meet us at the hospital.

When we get there, there was almost no one there. They sent me straight to the delivery room and elias and the kids to the waiting room, because they weren't supposed to be in the room.

~Elias's POV~

"Go sit with Aunt Alise and I'll be back."

They do what I tell them to do and I go find Harmony.

~Alise's POV~

"Is mommy gonna be ok?" Chris asks me

"Your mommy will be just fine." I say and smile 

~Harmony's POV~

"Push." The doctor says

I push, and squeeze Elias's hand.

"Stop pushing." The doctor says and immediately begin to panic and ask questons.
