Rainbow's POV
I was resting then all of a sudden I felt a hoof brushing my mane. I want to open my eyes and see but I'm super tired...
I knew it was soarin trying to wake me up but come on! I want to sleep some more!!!
"Honey... "
Wait.. That's not soarin's voice..
I opened my eyes and *gaaaaasssspppp*
"Mom! Dad!" I cheered and they hugged me tight
"Oof-! Not... Too... Tight..!.. "
They let go and said, "Honey we missed you so much!!"
"what a surprise that you're here" I laughed.
"well your hubby called us for a special reason said himself" mom explained,
"So we came as fast as we could!" dad added.
"Who else is here?" I asked
"Your mother and father in law" they said
I stood up and mom suddenly glared
I noticed it and said, "Uhm, yes mom?" I asked
"You lazy mare, I told you many times to take care of your hygiene cause you are an athlete after all, having a big stomach will make yourself heavier" mom scolded.
"Mom! I am keeping tra-... Ohhh"
Wait- oh shit right! They don't know 'it' yet
"Hahah.. Sorry" I apologized
"now darling its too early for you to be yelling at your daughter right? Let's just go to the dining so that our daughter can eat. She hasn't had breakfast yet" dad spoke and winked at me.
Phew... Thank goodness dad is here.
He always keeps me out of troubles heheh..
"Hey guys!!" snow frost and winter storm greeted.
We sat beside them and the food was already there. I looked to where that stallion of mine went.
"Where's soarin?" I asked
"Oh he'll be here any minute," snow frost said,
"Grab a plate honey, don't wait for soarin he'll just arrive at any moment" winter said and I nodded then grabbed a plate.
After a couple of minutes soarin arrived and I said, "Where have you been?" I asked,
"ask mom" he said very annoyed, we then looked at her and she said,
"Oh, uhh well soarin needs to eat more healthy foods so I made him do the groceries thank you"
I saw soarin facehooved and i chuckled.
He sat beside me and said,
His ears went down and said "what...no pie???"
"See this is what I'm telling you about" snow said,
"now what's the special reason why you called us here for?" Dad chuckles
Soarin looked at me and winked.
"Were having a baby!!!" We cheered
They all gasped and guess who was first to cheer? Yes you guessed it,
My mom.
"OH MY GOODNESS YESSSSSSSS I CANT BELIEVE IT!!! CANT YOU BELIEVE IT HONEY!!!! FINALLY WE HAVE A GRANDBABY!!!!!!!"
"We are so proud! " winter storm cheers and winks at soarin
They all gathered around me and congratulating us and bla bla bla ..
"don't worry honey we'll organize a baby shower soon" mom winked
"Thanks mom just call us if you guys need-"
"oh! No need! We got this right guys?" Mom said and they nodded
*************They went home at sunset and I was doing the dishes and soarin was wiping the table****
"hey Hun you need help there?" He asked
"No need, I don't need help from anypony" I spoke, he chuckles and said
"Well you're sure gonna need alot of help from me if your bearing a child" he said
"oh whatever" I laughed,
He flew beside me and gave me a kiss on the cheek, "clean up I'll finish the rest"
"Soarinnn" I whinned
"Yes darling" he gave me that grin, I playfully rolled my eyes and thought of something
"Ok fine you can help me...but first, you're gonna need some help...cleaning up your face!" I yelled then quickly slapped the soap to his face.
I got on the ground laughing so hard
He looks like he has a white beard!!! HAHAHA
"oh hey santa clause or should I say....Soarin clause!!!!! -AHAHAHAHA" I laughed
He growled then quickly grabbed the soap and tried to stain my cheeks as well but I stopped him with my hooves
"hah! I'm fast ya know" I stuck my tongue out
"Yess you are, but not strong!" He laughed and tried his hardest to stain my cheeks
"Dang you're strong" I complemented
"Thanks dashie" he winked
Hahah what would I do without this goof....
My hooves unfortunately gave up and he successfully stained my cheeks
"Ok that's enough I'm tired" I laughed
We washed off the stains and he finished the dishes ..
We spent the rest of the day to ourselves talking...and a tiny bit of cuddling.......ok fine mostly cuddling (😂) anyway I like the life that I'm recieving now... I hope days like this lasts longer ❤️
