Chapter 3- All to familiar

Ari’s POV

“Ari! Your friend is here!” Dad yelled.

Friend? Maybe someone from ‘the group’ and sure enough, when I went downstairs, I saw Maddie. “Hey Maddie!” I said.

“Hey Ari. The boys and I are going to breakfast and we wanted to know if you wanted to come with us!” Maddie said.

I looked to my dad, and he nodded. “I would love to.” I grabbed my phone, and we were out the door. We went to a little diner called ‘Marys’ and I must say it was pretty good.

“Who orders pizza with French toast?” I questioned Zach.

“ME!” He yelled.

“He likes pizza, a lot.” Liam said.

“I can tell.”

“Better get used to it.” Sean laughed.

“And who orders Dr. Pepper with pancakes?” I asked again.

“ME!” this time Parker yelled.

“And he loves Dr. Pepper.” Liam said again.

“You’ll get used to this stuff.” Julio reassured me.

“So, Zach. How did last night go?” Will asked.

“Will.” Zach groaned and looked at me.

“Oh uh, sorry?” He asked.

“It went fine.” He mumbled.

“What was last night?” I asked.

“Uh, he was in an uhc with a lot of people.” Maddie hesitantly answered.

“Oh, fun!” I answered.

“So, what are we going to do today?” Jordan asked.

Shoot. I forgot. I have to film my subscriber special. I better make up an excuse. “In about an hour, I have to go home. Dad wants to have father daughter day.” I smiled.

“Oh, well that sounds like fun!” Julio said.

“Sure is.” I mumbled.

I was doing a Q&A, so I was also caving. The first question was one from DulJuice.

“Alright guys, the first question we have is from DulJuice. She asks, Can we collab sometime, and any advice for trusting people? I mean like, sharing secrets, if ya know what I mean.” Nice question. I’m the perfect person to ask for trust problems.

“So Dul. I would love to collab sometime! DM me bae!” I giggled. “Okay, I do know what you mean about trusting people. I’m probably one of the best people to ask about trust problems. Ready for the advice? Here we go. We all have secrets, some are bigger and more important than others. You never really know who you can trust. You just have to wait and see. I’ve made the mistake of telling fake friends my secret, and being exposed and made fun of before. Let’s say, there’s new kid at school and your secret is YouTube.” I smiled, that’s my problem. “You want to be friends with this kid, but you know you can’t keep this a secret forever. Let’s say one day you find out that he/she is a fan, and you don’t want them to fangirl/boy. Hang around them for a while, then decide if you can trust them. Ease it onto them, and all you can do is hope you made the right decision. You never know, maybe they will share a secret with you.”

 

Dul/Maddie’s POV

“Ease it onto them, and all you can do is hope you made the right decision. You never know, maybe they will share a secret with you.” Daisy said, I’m really glad she answered my question. I just hope this advice works, I don’t want to keep a secret form Ari. She seems like an awesome girl. The next thing I knew, I got a text from Jordan.

J: Did you see Daisy’s Latest video?

Me: Yea. Defiantly gave me some advice about telling Ari our secret

J: Same, we will see if we can trust her in a few weeks.

Me: yes. A few weeks. If no one screws it up.

I sighed loudly, flopping onto my bed. Daisy was right. We met Ari two days ago, we don’t know if she’s a ‘fake friend’ as Daisy calls them.

*Good girls are bad girls that haven’t been caught* my phone sings, which means Devon is calling me.

“DEVON!” I yelled into the phone.

“DULJUICE!” He yelled back.

“Wassssuuuppp.” I asked.

“MCSGlee?” HE asked.

“But I don’t wanna sing.” I complained.

“I got it! We can ask Daisy if she wants to collab with us! In her video she said she wanted to!” Devon literally has the best ideas ever.

“Yas. I’ll DM her.” I said.

A few minutes later I was typing ‘Imdaisywhatnow’ into skype search thing. Once I clicked request friend, she accepted and called. Now or never. I have to remember to thank her for the advice.

“Hey!” I said.
