Jimin walked beside his brother to the car. Jihyun grew up even if it was just a few months, Jimin could see the way his little brother became mature.
"Did you grow taller?!" Jimin asked surprised.
"A few centimetres, yeah" Jihyun answered in a cocky tone. It's true that outside their family no one would notice the height difference between them.
"Don't be cocky about it. Nobody will even notice" Jimin scolded him and they both started laughing. "I can't wait for next year for you to come to college so I won't miss my little brother so much" Jimin laughed but Jihyun changed his mood completely and looked somehow....sad.
"I don't want to go have some boring major like accounting just because mom and dad want me to." Jihyun said as they got to the car and Jimin put his luggage in the trunk. " I literally don't know how you survived it."
"Alcohol." Jimin answered with a smile.
"Yeah, don't get me started on that. Dad's gonna kill me if I end up like you." Jihyun said and his bigger brother made an offended face.
"Anyway-" Jimin said offended, "You have to take accounting and then whatever minor you want. I told mom and dad I will take accounting in college, not that I will be an accountant." Jimin laughed.
"If you do that, you are gonna be dead" Jihyun laughed as he started driving the car out of the parking lot.
"I am already a half dead man with this hair." He said and ran his hand through his hair. "Believe me, college will be fun, I already found your best friend" Jimin smiled thinking of the younger.
"The tall guy with pink hair?" Jihyun laughed and the older widened his eyes.
"How did you know?"
"Just guessed—" Jihyun smiled taking a left turn. "The way you look at him, is the same look you give me when I disrespect you." Jihyun laughed.
"You should've turned right there"
"Oops—"
The boys kept diving home, Jihyun still missing that right turn all the time. They talked about how Jihyun's SAT next year and how was another year in Busan.
In around 20 minutes Jihyun finally parked the car in front of their garage. They both got out of the car and Jimin took his luggage from the trunk.
"Home sweet home" Jimin said and opened the entrance door stopping inide the house.
He could feel the heat in the house and the fair smell of fresh books and how could he not miss the fluffy carpets that were placed all over the house. He took off his shoes and walked into the livingroom.
"I'm home" He said with a smile, hoping that is presence is more important than the color of his hair.
"Jimin" His father said and stood up and hugged eachother, his father was a tall man compared to his two sons, he wore a pair of glasses with a thick frame, his hair was parted on the left side and it was a bit wavy. He had full lips that were surrounded by a visible short beard.
"Welcome back home, mom is in the study room, she is working on something." his father said and took off his glasses. "You dyed your hair— again"
"Yeah, about that, I hoped you wouldn't notice" Jimin said and laughed a little.
"You know what I say—"
"This is not the way a respected man should look like—" Jimin said. "I am tired, I will go see mom and sleep a little." He said trying to slip out of the conversation with his father.
