Jungkook took his time walking to the mall.

It was his first day of his Santa's elf job and he wasn't really excited for it. He was just going to take pictures of snotty kids on Santa's lap, what was there to be excited about?

Oh! How about the fact that he's being paid 63,353 won a day (around 50 usd, 46.18 euros)! Boyoung talked to his aunt and got her to raise Jungkook's pay before he even started working there.

Let's just say he was grateful for his friend.

He walked in the mall and went to the middle of the gigantic building and saw his new workplace: Santa's Hut. In the middle of the court was a life sized house that looked like it was made of wood and pure sugar accompanied by a red carpet with fake snow, and a large chair on a stage to the left of the house.

"Wow," Jungkook began. "I'm gonna hate it here." He was sure of it. He'd never live this down. Just this morning his brother was making fun of him for this job. "It's just a week, Kook. Just a week."

"Ahhh! You must be Jungkook!" A lady who looked in her 40s came up to the boy. "I'm Boyoung's aunt, Ms. Choi Haeun. I'm your boss."

"Oh hello!" He greeted the lady. "How did you recognize me?" He asked.

"You have a 'big ass camera' around your neck! Boyoung said to look out for it," she smiled lightly directing him to the Santa Hut. "You change in here, your uniform is provided."

"Wait- this is actually a house?"

"Eh. More like 3 walls that we lean against the wall of the actual building. You think I would get an actual tiny house in this mall?! Please. I don't have the money for that," she dismissed. "Well, go on and head inside, the cute guy that I hired as Santa should be in there too. Hurry! Your shift starts in 10 minutes and the line is already forming!" She whisked herself away at that last word.

"Okaaaay?" He found the woman quite hyper. He took a deep breath and entered the tiny house. He saw another guy in the makeshift building. Apparently, it's Santa.

Santa turned around and Jungkook was taken aback. He was no Jimin but he still caught the boy's attention.

His silky black hair was pushed back by his right hand as he looked up to see the bunny boy staring at him.

"Uh. Hi?" The beautiful man spoke.

"Hello!" Jungkook shouted a little too loud. "Sorry. Hello," he said more calmly. "I'm Jungkook, I'm gonna be one of your elves. I take the pictures."

Santa took notice of the camera around the boys neck and nodded.

"I'm Park Jinyoung, nice to meet you. There are other elves over there. You should go meet them and get ready," he smiled, almost blinding the younger.

"Oh-ok."

Jungkook quickly scurried over to where he saw other people to avoid being subject to Jinyoung's beauty. He greeted them and they all welcomed him to the team, they even helped him with his elf makeup. Soon, he was ready to go.

He grabbed his camera and headed out with the other elves who went over to a stage. They had to perform a song for the kids before Santa would come out. He was only the photographer, so he didn't have to do the song and dance that the others had to do.

He took pictures of the other elves as they performed. It was a well choreographed piece, he liked it.

After the dance, Jinyoung- Santa came out of the hut with a hearty, "Ho! Ho! Ho!" And the kids were screaming.
