After dinner I showed zero to a room he was going to use for the night. The whole way he had this pitiful look on his face
"Do you love him?" He whispered sadly to me as I opened the spare bedroom door.
"I love him as the father of my children" I told him calmly and his eyes went to my stomach. I swallowed and looked away. "That's a story"
"Then explain" he whispered and went to sit down In The bed.
"Three months ago, me and Alex got drunk and did it. That's that" I replied calmly as I crossed my arm
"It hurts to know you were with a different man other than me." He whispered
"I thought you were dead" I replied and looked him over, he looked older. And hotter
"I've been trying to get back to you this whole time. Your the thing that kept me going" he sighed and ran a hand through his white luscious hair
"Zero, I have a good life so far..." she whispered as she walked over to him and put hands on his shoulder
"I know, I see. You guys are so happy" he sighed and looked down
"I was happy.... when I still had hope you'd be coming back. But after a couple months I gave up and I haven't been happy since. I feed and train and raise my kids but I'm not happy. I can't be happy without you"
"What are you saying?" He asked hopefully. His eyes had a look I'd hadn't seen all after noon
"I'm saying that I need you. I need you to be happy," I sighed and moved closer and slowly pecked his lips.
"Alex?" He whispered and I scrunched up my nose.
"Calling his name when I kiss you?" I jokingly said
"What about Alex?" He clarified
"He's a good husband and a good father, but I don't love him like that, and he doesn't love me like that. We've just been trying to have kids fast so we can break up and move in. He has a boyfriend.... and he knows my heart has always belonged to you, even when I thought you were dead" I told him as I moved and straddled his lap. Zeros eyes went wide and he smiled
"What would you say to us having a kid one day?" He asked and rubbed my hips slowly.
"I'd love it" I smiled and held him close. "And for now you can stay here, in a couple days me and Alex will file a divorce and I'll get us a place.." I whispered dreamily as I placed my lips gently to his neck. He sighed out in content and held me.
"Take a bite." I whispered to him and felt him tense and blush. He moved his lips to my neck. "I want you to see.... how I've been. I want you to feel how I still love you"
"Blood sharing is sacred" he repeated the words from years ago
"And that's why we are gonna do it. This is our bond and our relationship" j
I sighed and but down onto his neck as he did the same to mine.
And this time? This time I seen our future.
