TATTOO

I tried to find myself a new love.
My wings are now free like a dove.

Free to fly up from the sky to explore.
For I wouldn't feel your pain anymore.

Sorry, I need to get you out of my mind.
I have to move on, leaving you behind.

I couldn't waste another time of my life.
Because my heart was sliced by a knife.

I could find another new life direction.
Just let me breath for my protection.

Everything I had done marks with you.
I couldn't erase it no matter what I do.

Even I love someone better and new.
I could still think the memories of you.

I don't wanna call myself as a bitter.
Each night, I could feel your splinter.

I couldn't turn the clock just to rewind.
I'm tired of your arms locking to mine.

A memory was connected into my cord.
It's haunting me through the daily cold.

You were a part of my written rhymes.
I always claim you until the end of time.

Because I would always have you.
For you owned my heart like a tattoo.
