INSOMNIA
Things about us started to get rough.
When you said that you had enough.
Your words cuts my heart like a knife.
I was hurt and left bleeding in my life.
When you silently walked out the door.
For you don't really love me anymore.
Every night I'd missed your body heat.
I could feel a cold in these bed sheets.
The way your fingers touch into my hair.
It drove me crazy with a reminisce stare.
Your presence could light up my room.
Without you, I'd felt sad and gloom.
I was awake and hours had passed by.
Only I did was to sit, breathe, and cry.
Because I couldn't sleep late at night.
These feelings I tried to let go and fight.
Our past memories had flashed in rows.
Waves of your smile cause it to show.
That drowns me deeply into my tears.
Losing you was like one of my fears.
I wish I could turn the clock to rewind.
I was not ready to leave it all behind.
Right from the start, you're my crush.
Why everything disappear in one brush?
I never thought I'd fall hard in love.
When I think about you of all the above.
I'll wait until you were lay next me.
Even it takes time for me to be free.
To be finally free in this terrible curse.
Only your kiss could quench my thirst.
