1 year has passed since me and Gabe when on our date. It's kinda crazy to me that 1 year has passed since we have been together. When told our friends they couldn't help but yell in joy and tell us "took ya long enough!"

Max of course pulled Gabe over to the side to give him the whole "you hurt her..." talk. I wasn't very surprised about him doing that. But when Gabe got back from it he looked terrified. I could only imagine what Max said to him.

Through the year I have spent with Gabe we have gone on so many crazy adventures. He took me to the newsie premier as his date. If I do say so myself, the film was awesome. Me the boys talked through a good portion of the movie, talking about the stupid things that happened while filming whatever scene. I took Gabe to his first ballet. I could tell he didn't really like it, but he didn't complain because he knew how much I loved it. I helped him get ready for upcoming auditions. I tried to teach him to dance. That wasn't our best idea.

Now we are here. Our 1 year anniversary. I looked at myself in my mirror. My hair curled, little stud diamond earrings. A noodle strap red dress with a pair of heels. My make up was light but still cute. I smiled and raced to the door when I heard the bell ring. When I opened the door I saw him standing there in a tux, a black velvet box, as well as a plain white one.

He smiled brightly when he saw me "don't you look...breathtaking..."

I rolled my eyes "oh shut up"

"Turn around"

"What?" I asked confused

"Just do it" He sighed

I did as he said and turned around. A few seconds later I felt something cold being placed on my chest, I looked down as Gabe clipped it in the back. It was a necklace that had a pair of point shoes.

I turned around and looked at Gabe "it's beautiful"

"One more thing" he handed me the plain white box

I looked at him, then the box. I slowly opened the top. I couldn't help but let out a small laugh when I saw what was inside. The only thing that could remind me of me and Gabe's first meeting.

"A muffin...."
