SPIDER Protection Guidelines:
SHN-104 is located in a 15 m x 15 m x 12.5 m chamber on floor B7 (the only chamber on floor B7) in SPIDER's central headquarters. Floor B7 can only be accessed by Class S agents or higher. Chamber is only accessible through a single hallway guarded by three consecutive heavy containment doors. Security devices outside SHN-104's chamber should be inspected eight times a day to affirm they are in working condition. No personnel are allowed to communicate with SHN-104, unless cleared by Director Trench and all eight of SPIDER's Organization Hands (OHs). Approved interviews must be accompanied by select personnel.
Breaches by SHN-104 or by other parties to release SHN-104 must be contained with the utmost priority. Floor B7 must be sealed as soon as possible if SHN-104 leaves his chamber and Director Trench should be contacted immediately along with all OHs. The elevator connected to Floor B7 will be powered down if SHN-104 enters the elevator shaft. Agents who are assigned to approach SHN-104 in the event of a breach must be equipped with tranquillizer guns and stun grenades.
SHN-104 should only be terminated if no other option remains to prevent his escape. Only under Director Trench's word should agents be permitted to eliminate SHN-104. Termination of SHN-104 under other circumstances will be punished severely.
Description:
SHN-104 is a Caucasian male 1.8 meters in height and weighs 72 kilograms. Subject is approximated to be in his early thirties, but has stated that he is "much older" than that. SHN-104 wears prescription glasses to correct 20/60 vision, though the manufacturer's name is absent from the frame. Hair is short and mostly black, with a stripe of hair dyed blue in the center. He is usually seen wearing a suit and tie.
SHN-104's danger comes not from his physical ability, but from his mind. SHN-104 has complete awareness and intelligence regarding all things pertaining to SPIDER. He has demonstrated knowledge on prior events that have been and remain classified, listed off every weapon still currently under production by SPIDER, [REDACTED], and has named every SHN ever captured by SPIDER by codename. Passwords, PINs, and methods of entry to all rooms, chambers, and hallways are known to him as well. The exact extent of his knowledge of SPIDER is unknown, but it is assumed that he knows everything that has occurred within SPIDER's boundaries prior to his captivity.
SHN-104 has shown off not only intelligence related to SPIDER, but also in other areas of study. He has exhibited proficiency in mathematics, biology, quantum physics, astronomy, and understands the science behind dimensional boundaries. In addition, he has seemingly memorized the entire geography of Earth, Stious (Universe-Gamma), and Udaol (Universe-Alpha), being able to recite many of the cities, states, and countries from each planet.
How SHN-104 acquired this knowledge and retained it is unknown and completely unprecedented. If the subject were to ever escape, it is possible much of SPIDER's covert and confidential information would be leaked. SHN-104 could single-handedly topple SPIDER and cause massive panic around the globe. It is conceivable that another Trinity Event could be triggered because of SHN-104, thus it is imperative to isolate SHN-104 from any contact whatsoever.
Addendum #1:
It has been discovered that SHN-104 is able to learn new SPIDER information as it is recorded. This suggests that he has some form of connection with SPIDER's database, but what that connection is and how he has it is unknown. SHN-104 has been upgraded to Level 5-Alpha.

SHN-104: Oh...that's easy. Off the top of my head, Redox, Thermic, Spectre, Gauntlet-
Director Trench: Okay, that's enough-
SHN-104: Killer Glance, Slip, Brunette Bullet-
Director Trench: I said that's enough.
SHN-104: Why? I could go on for a while. There's over a hundred of us, right? I must be 104. You just brought in that one guy not too long ago. You called him Trouble Twelve, right? Bigger guy, but not too big, can duplicate himself-
Director Trench: How do you know all of this? You couldn't have memorized this information. There's just too much.
SHN-104: Memorized? No, no...no. With all the shit that's in this place, that would take decades. I have this stuff ingrained in my head, so to say.
Director Trench: So to say? Enlighten me.
SHN-104: Please. I don't have to explain anything to you.
Director Trench: The agents with the guns outside might disagree.
SHN-104: What, you're going to kill me? I don't think so. You're just dying to know what (taps forehead) is all up here. I don't think they'd kill me either. Curiosity has its way with humans.
Director Trench: You're saying you're not human?
SHN-104: Are you thick? Of course not! You think a human mind could contain all of the information I know? No. I have a special mind. No one on this planet or on the other planets has a brain like mine.
Director Trench: I can think of someone that could contest that.
SHN-104: (laughs) Are you talking about the kid who built the robots? He comes closest, but not by much. He doesn't even know a good portion of what I know.
Director Trench: Dr. Powers is one of the brightest minds I know. His studies and findings on dimensional boundaries-
SHN-104: Pale in comparison to what I know. Besides, you know what I'm talking about. Everything about SPIDER, I have in my noggin. Your transcripts on invasive surveillance technology, your weapons, everything. Don't even get me started on the Trinity Events, and what's being kept under wraps. Dr. Powers knows only half the story.
<Director Trench pauses>
SHN-104: Dr. Powers still doesn't know the truth behind [REDACTED], does he?
Director Trench: That's none of your business. None of your concern.
