Pluto girl

Chapter 3 - Telling

Damien's POV

          As I walk home from school I see my parents' motorships in the driveway. I head inside to see what they are doing home so early when they said that the training would go until late evening, early morning or something.  I walk inside the house and head to the kitchen to get a sandwich then head into the living room where I see my parents with my personal journal and reading it.  I quickly grab it and James takes over again for the second time today. 

My father looks from me to my mom then back to me and then proceeds to tell me something I never heard of before for Plutonian people.  "Damien the way you discribe this girl is how every guys sees the girl they are suppose to be with for their whole life. And with how it says she's abused by a guy who is blurred in your dream means that she's with someone that isn't family or you. Your going to have to find her and see for yourself if she's really the one." I look at him shocked and laugh, but I quickly stop and see they are completely serious.  

          I look at them and say "I've already searched the whole planet literally so where could this "special" girl be?"  They give me a file that has our family crest of a flaming arrow with some blue in the arrow's tip.  I pick it up and open it and see that it's the same girl from the dreams I have.  I look at her file and see she's the same grade as me, has two younger siblings and her parents are not the greatest.  

          That night my parents helped me pack for the trip to her planet and to somehow get into the ships for getting off of Pluto.  I look around my room and grab the watch and dog tags of my best friend and the picture of the two of us with our parents.  I head downstairs and get on my dads motorship and we ride to the military base with the ships that no one can get on unless we get an order to go to a different planet.  With my parents they make an exception since both my parents are also apart of the ships mechanics team.

          I walk with my parents in front of me and past all the military members and see the ships, I start to make a run for it but my mom grabs my bag and pulls me back to her and dad.  I sigh but comply since they are my ticket out of here.   I see my dad go into the main building where the keys are for the ships.   I wait outside with my mom and ask her to train me some more before I leave and we head to the training grounds.

Loken's POV

          I head into the main building and see the elders in the conference room.  I watch them for a bit and then head to the office where the keys are and grab the one that says L.W.  I head back outside and watch as Lunar and Damien head to the training grounds, I follow behind and lean against the tree outside the training grounds.  I watch them in their water state fighting as if it's a true fight. 

        I watch Damien and Sam working well together before I notice that James starts to join in on their fight against Lunar. Lunar continues to have Merissa her water spirit as well as her earth spirit Allie fight Damien and pushing him past his own limit,  James is becoming more noticeable since he is a hot head. 

         I speak to Jaxson my lighting spirit about how Damien is doing and he replies "Our son is doing quite well against our beautiful wife, but he isn't there in the fight himself.  He seems to be scared to get into an actual fight with his own mother."  I hum and watch him closer and notice that Jaxson is right and Damien isn't there at all but his spirits.  I let Jaxson take control so I don't get hurt, and he runs right in and blocked the blows James and Merissa were about to give each other. 

          Jaxson looks at James and says "James give Damien back now. I need to speak with him before he goes." James looks more angry than ever but he doesn't say anything only allowing Sam back into full control.  I look at Sam and ask him nicely as soon as I asked he said "go easy on him." As soon as Sam said that Damien came back and fell to the ground from exhaustion. I hold him and help him down to the ground. 

           Damien looks around and takes deep breaths and looks at me and then Lunar since she was already back to normal form and had a cut in her shoulder from James' blade and Sam's whip with spikes on her leg. "Damien just because you have all the elements inside you doesn't mean you should let them rule over you when you are in a fight.  The longer you let the, control you the more they will take control of your emotions and get you hurt in the long run.  Eventually you will find someone who is far stronger than yourself and you may die from it, it's okay to let them give you a boost in power and better agility but don't let them do it all them time with taking over your body. Understood?"

          Damien looks down but still takes all my advice to heart and does this whenever he knows I'm right and trusts my advice.  He looks back up and said "what do I do to get them under better control then father? I let them take control since I'm to scared to hurt anyone and they know that hence why Sam takes over and protects me as a shield then James takes control to do the damage." I look to Lunar for some help with this since I have no advice with how to control when you are to fight. Jaxson and I have always worked well together as for me with Helix wind spirit being so hyper and fast speaking Im not even sure how we got put together, then Greg the earth spirit he's just that guy who stays quiet in the corner until something "fun" shows up.
