Do you know what made this Monday morning better than my usual Monday morning?
Mason that was whining on our way to school and cursing at me. He is sumping in his seat as he drives with a black hat on his head. He's still looking in the rearview mirror to check that every strand of hair is tucked under the hat. I myself found it more entertaining than anything to have your twenty-two-year-old brother whining over his hair like a toddler.
"There's a lot of girls that think pink hair is sexy" Noah told him moving forward to give him a teasing slap on the shoulder.
"Yeah, Mason you look... great," I said and gave him my very reassuring smile that turned into a grin when he glared in the rearview mirror."Shut up Lara" He snapped at me and we all laughed at it.
"Did someone not take their medicine this morning?" Luke teased.
"He didn't get to jerk off because he was too busy fixing his hair, that's why he's so grumpy," Noah said and the guys laughed but I scrunched my nose up in disgust.
Did not need to know that.
Yesterday, after everything had settled down dad, came home surprised with how cleaned everything was. They guys took all the credit which I scoffed at. Dad was still quiet. It was kind of awkward when we all talked and the lump of guilt returned.
After that when I was just laying in bed Noah came into my room.
"Lara come help" Was the first thing he said.
"No, I'm busy"
"With what?"
"Doing nothing" I answered and he rolled his eyes.
"I'm making a video about the things you filmed this morning. I need you in it"
I sigh and jumped off my bed "Fine"
We walked over to Noah's room. He had set everything up and had cleared of everything from the bed and thrown it in a pile on the floor.
Noah started the camera and then we just sat there and talked about everything making me at some point laugh so much my stomach hurt. I had paused on the clip where Noah had woken up and his face was the funniest. He was about to fall into the water and he looked down at it like he it was lava.
When we had finished Noah yelled at the guys to come. They one by one came in and we were finally gathered.
"I was thinking because it went so great for our cover and we like making them, why don't we make a separate account for just like music?" Noah suggested.
"That's a great idea," Cole said and after that, we sat there for about two hours trying to come up with an account name.Luke came up with the most.
None very good.
In the end, because we aren't very creative it ended with LMNCL.
Creative, I know.
We decided we would record our first video in some days, but first, we needed to fix thing with dad.

When I finally got out of school Luke and Cole was already in the parking lot ready to go home. I noticed Noah standing a couple of cars down with his friends.
"Hi" I greeted them when I was over at Mason's car.
"Hey," They both said and that was the end of that conversation. I took out my phone and saw I had a text from an unknown number.
