MILLIES POV, 1 week later
My house was unbelievably quiet as everybody was sleeping, except me. I couldn't sleep, it was 7am so I decided to start cooking some breakfast. I got out everything to make pancakes, along with eggs and bacon. I knew not to make bacon for Wesley as he hates it.
I started to make the pancakes as I cooked everything else, then made some iced coffee for Finn whilst making tea for myself. I poured some apple juice for Wesley and orange juice for Amelia. I placed them all down on the table, except Wesley's was on his high chair.
After the food was cooked, I started to plate it all up. I placed them on the table, and Wesley's high chair then walked upstairs to wake them all up. We all walked downstairs and sat at the table. Nobody was really talkative as they were all half asleep.
"Amelia, you have school today and Wesley you have daycare." I said, they nodded.
"Do me have to go?" Wesley asked.
"Yes, you're learning to write your name today you'll have fun." I said, he sighed.
"Me not want go." He said, frowning.
"You have to." Finn said, "or you will grow up to be dumb."
"Me not care." Wesley said.
"I care, so tough luck." Finn replied.

The kids had gone off to school and day care, Finn and I were laid in bed watching movies. He was playing with my hair as I fiddled with the beautiful ring on my finger—I was so happy to finally be marrying him. It was so surreal, all of the support, the love, this life—everything.
"Thank you." I said, quietly.
"For what?" He asked, also quiet, not breaking the peace.
"For everything, for this life, your love, everything." I replied.
He didn't reply straight away, he just pulled me on to him and held me close. I wrapped my arms around him and nuzzled head into the side of his neck. He lightly kissed the top of my head.
"You deserve it." He whispered.
I cupped his cheek, connecting his soft lips with mine. We kissed passionately, he trailed his hand down to my hip, I pressed my lips harder on his, deepening the kiss. I pushed him backwards, sitting up a little.
He moved one of his hands to the top of my butt, and the other one on my thigh. My hands moved to the hem of his sweatshirt, playing with the corner of it. I pulled away, resting my forehead on his.
I looked into his eyes, and he looked into mine. I saw his pupils expand in size, and I'm pretty sure mine did too just at the sight of him. He truly was everything I had ever wanted in my life and more. He was my sunlight on the rainiest days, and my rainbow at the end of a scary thunderstorm. I was so thankful he was still here and his sadness didn't get the best of him.
I heard my phone ringing from the side of me, I got off of Finn with a sigh, he sat up too. I got the phone, it read 'Purser's Day Care.' I furrowed my eyebrows and answered the call.
