MILLIES POV
I stayed at my mum's house for three days, without any contact to Finn. He kept trying to get in touch with me, but there was literally no way that he possibly could. I hated him in that moment, hated him so much. I didn't understand why he would do what he did.
But I needed to go back home, for my children. I hadn't seen them really. However, from the paparazzi pictures that were floating around on social media, they looked happy which also made me pretty happy. I knew that Amelia had been going to school, and Wesley had been going with Finn to music practice.
Something that really confused me though, was in videos where Finn took photos with fans. Every time a fan would touch him, he would tense up a little and have a worried look on his face, but he quickly got over it. It really confused me.
I got out of the shower, drying myself and then putting on my black nike leggings with a plain grey sweatshirt. I put my Nike shoes on before putting my hair in a messy bun. I packed up all of my things. It was 10pm, so I decided to just finally go home. I didn't want to talk to Finn, so I was going to ignore him as much as I possibly could.
"Mum, I'm going to go back home now. Thanks for letting me stay." I said, she nodded with a slight smile.
"It was nice having you, Mills. You should stay over more often." She replied, getting up and hugging me.
"I will." I said, "see you soon, love you."
"Love you too sweetie." She said as I walked out of the door.
I walked outside, the rain was pouring fast from the sky. I quickly got in my car, flicking on the radio. A song called Six Feet Under was playing. I didn't know who sang it, but the voice sounded familiar. Almost like somebody that I knew.
My house soon came into view, and the living room light was on. I got out of the car, taking a deep breath before I walked inside. The house was quiet, and still very, very tidy. Wesley and Amelia's wellies were next to the door on the mat.
The only sound throughout the house, was the sweet tune of a piano being played. I knew it was Finn, he was the only person that could possibly play the piano that well. It was coming from the music room, but it was muffled due to the door being shut.
I placed my hand on the white door as I got closer for a better listen. I hadn't heard the song he was playing before. But it relaxed me, it gave me comfort and I had no idea why. Then the music stopped, and the door opened.
I saw Finn's face. I wanted to slap him, but I wanted to hug him—so I didn't do anything. I just looked at him.
"Millie." He let out a breath of relief, "I tried to call you to explain everything but you blocked my number and-"
I cut him off, "I blocked your number because you cheated on me. There is nothing to explain. Just quit it already."
"How would you possibly know that there is nothing to explain? You weren't there, you don't have any idea what happened, o-or what I went though. You just jumped to conclusions. Just please let me explain." He pleaded.
"I said I don't want to hear it." I said, staring to walk away.
But I stopped when I heard his words, and my whole body stiffened.
