Levi's POV
"Hanji... are you sure it's... safe? Raven... well, I don't-"
"Want her out of your sight. I know, Levi. I know." Hanji smiles as Raven twirled a bit in her school uniform. She wore a dark blue skirt and a sky-colored shirt with a sailor tie. She was... cute. "But, school is important for her... she needs it. I know it could put her into danger... but she needs her education."
I sighed heavily, not wanting her to go. Hanji was safe here with Iris... but I had to account for her safety. "Fine... I'll drop her off." I say, taking her hand.
Hanji rolled her eyes and sighed. "I just know that you're gonna attempt to watch her, Levi. I just know it. Just... be safe, okay?" Her hazel eyes gazed downwards to Raven and she smiled. "You too, Raven. I love you..."
Raven smiled and jumped onto her, "I love you too, Mommy!" She ran back towards me, gripping onto my hand. I smiled and reluctantly walked out to the door.

"Daddy?" Raven clutched onto my shirt as we walked towards her classroom- never wanting to leave me. Her voice was scared and afraid- something I would never want her to be.
"What's wrong, Raven?" I asked, kneeling down to her.
Within her eyes, I saw tears... "Daddy... I-I don't want to go..."
"But Mommy said for you to go, okay? Listen to Mommy." I say, slowly rubbing her back. "Don't worry, Daddy's gonna stay near here. Now, remember what I said?"
She nods, "If a boy comes by and tries to kiss me, kick them."
I smiled and nodded to her. She was a good little girl that will be my little girl. Raven was the sweetest and the most innocent person in the world to me. I never want her to grow up from that... but one day during our lives, she will have to change and evolve. "Good. Now, try to make some friends- but Daddy's gonna come and pick you up afterwards, okay?"
Raven nods, "Okay, Daddy." She kisses me on the cheek and walked towards the door, stopping a step before it. I stared at her, wondering what she was gonna do. But I saw her step into the classroom, afraid and scared- but yet she turned to me, waving me goodbye, and walking into the classroom with no sense of fear. She was my little girl after all...

"So... you've been hiding with that impure officer and that filthy child of yours?" A voice comes behind me and I simply scowled. "I could end her, you know. Make a filthy man like you fall on your knees and beg to be pure."
"And you want me dead because of that? What have I done to you? What has Erwin done to me, huh? Explain that, Joseph Geterson. Because I don't want you to go after my family." I turned to see him with a small gun pulled out.
Geterson chuckled loudly and showed his true self. "I just want to rid of the world of filth! That's it! I've been destroyed! Destroyed! Destroyed by the very people I had to protect, Levi Ackerman. Oh... oh, how much I have missed it all! They should've been dead... they need to be wiped up clean, Levi. A clean~freak like you should know that you're filth..."
"But I'm not filth. We may live on the streets... but we're not filth. People on the streets are not considered filth- people like you who use others to their advantage! If you want to hurt my family... you gotta go through me."
He chuckles, smirking psychotically. "Good... I love a good fight against you... rematch? This time, you gotta kill me... if you don't want me to kill your family overnight. Oh... haven't Hanji been through enough blood? She seen what I could do... hell, you seen what I have done."
"Don't worry... I'll do anything to protect my family, Joseph Geterson." I say, readying myself for a good fight. "I won't hold back this time..."
He was too slow- too slow to pull the trigger on me. I sprinted towards him, elbowing his hand to disarm him. Seeing it topple to the ground, I kicked it away; the gun hits the trunk of the tree and I focused my attention on Geterson.
I growled at him, kicking him in his ribs. He topples to the ground and I repeatedly kicked him. I didn't stop until I saw him cough blood out. Scoffing, I then walked to the gun and loaded it. "Don't think I can end it just here..."
Geterson laughed, smiling through his pain. "The pure gets killed by the impure... stupidity." He smirks, looking back down to the school behind us. "Little Raven, little Raven... won't she be surprised about what you have done?"
"Now that will be a topic that won't be discuss until she's older to know. For now, she's pure as the sun... and I will take care of my family and the people who call me, 'King.' Now... my subjects should be safe... and I should start protecting them like my family... by starting with you." I aimed the gun at him, leaned over and I had the perfect shot.
"Protect them... don't protect them... the one thing that Raven will know... you weren't there when she was born. You weren't there... you were sitting in prison while your own baby was growing and needed your help."
"Tch... you can view it that way. But Raven will know the truth: that you framed me... and that her mother did the right thing for her... no matter how other people may view it. Now, shut up, filth." I say, pulling the trigger directly into his head.
I looked away from Geterson and saw the school. My worries disappeared as I took a deep breath for fresh air. I promised to protect my family... and my subjects who look up to me. I don't care if I have to kill again to protect them. And Raven... sigh, Raven and Iris, my two daughters... I'll explain why I did what I had to do... and why Hanji did what she had to do. Just remember... you two and your mother are my loved ones... and don't get the wrong ideas about what we done on our ends to have you two.
The one thing I can explain is that... I was a king of the streets... your mother a strong detective... and we fell in love on a case she worked on. Don't mind what everyone calls me... because you guys are my daughters- my princesses... and I'm not gonna give up on you guys... not ever.
