When I got home, I jumped into the shower, washing out the Diet cola. I quickly snatched some clothes from my dresser, before throwing them on. Before I could open my bedroom door, a quick knock was heard, then the door was forcefully yanked open and revealed my brother standing there, his eyes huge.

"Help me." He hissed, "She's crazy."

I let out a quick laugh and nudged his shoulder, "Who's crazy Jake?"

All of a sudden a loud, high pitch voice rang through the house, answering my question. "Jakeeey, where did you go?" He visibly flinched and grabbed my hand before dashing to the kitchen. This made me snicker, as now it seems I am not the only one who doesn't like Alie.

My phone immediately went off I got a text from Brandon, I read it and laughed, "If she screams one more time, I'm ripping my ears off."

I texted back, "She just loves her Jakey doesn't she." And snickered before pressing send, receiving a reply a couple seconds later.

"Yes and I loved my super hearing until this second, my ears are gonna fall off."

I showed Jake and he stifled a laugh behind his hand. As we went to escape upstairs, a new voice rang out.

"Kids come to the dining room." We both groaned and dragged ourselves there, and not much to my surprise, Alie was at the table. Our eyes met and my glare sharpened on her as she scowled at me.

"Why is she here." She sniffed, "She has no powers and I assume no business in hero work."

I ground my teeth together and felt the familiar tingling sensation within my fingertips. A small and very unnoticeable spark crackled from my finger tips. A fake smile lit up my face, and I pushed the powers back down, then sat at the table smugly, she clenched her jaw and glared at me, the glare quickly diminished as Jake walked into the room. He tensed seeing as the only seat available is beside her, and I, along with Brandon, snickered under our breath. She sent a flirty look his way and batted her lashes.

"Hey Alie." He practically groaned, looking at the open seat with regret.

He grabbed the chair and not so subtly moved me aside to sit beside me and Brandon. Her pout made me finally break and I began to burst out in laughter, clutching my stomach with Brandon following suit. If looks could kill I would be 6 feet under by now.

"Is something wrong?" She snapped at me, clenching both hands at her side.

She then smirked, and I tensed, knowing what was coming.

"Is the coke still stuck in your hair from earlier." She taunted quietly but bitterly.

My head shot up and I glared, "That depends." I snarl, getting ready for a fight.

Both my brothers looked at me in caution, I am a little hot headed and tend to lash out quickly, my brothers know from experience. A wicked smirk took over my face.

"Is your face still hurting from the slap I gave you, must have stung quite a bit, I mean the mark you showed the principle was pretty bad." I sneered. The small smirk on my face morphed into a smile, it was menacing and could easily send shivers down one's spine, considering it is commonly used by Time Keeper, I guess I pick up on things quickly. Her face went beet red as Jake began to laugh softly, staring at the table.
