Shit what's good I'm Nasir Bankz but the people call me Nas. I'm 16 years old soon to be 17 in 2 more months and love to play basketball. My twin sister play basketball also it's something we bond about. In our junior year of high school on the A honor roll making our people proud.

It's been 13 years since ours Pops got luck up. We see him every now and then but shits not the same. When they gave him 20 to life it's broke the family. Ma went into depression for the first few months but got out with the help from the gang.

"Nas? Nas? Nas?" I heard My little sister Nelly called for me from the living room.

Walking in I saw Nye, nelly , Andre , Miss Shy , Renzo and Ma watching tv. "What bighead?" I asked her sitting by her.

Shannel was only 13 years old. Ma was pregnant with her before pops get luck up. Almost lost her too because of the stress she had on her at the time. Good thing she calm down or Nelly would never be here.

"Can you get me some chips?" She  asked. "Oh me to Nas ?" Dre asked also and I suck my teeth. "What's wrong with y'all legs?" They shrugged and Nelly smiled big at me.

"Ight man what y'all want? "

"Doritos thanks big Bubba" she said.

"Me to but cool ranch" Dre said.

"Bring me some cheddar cheese ruffs and Shy some Lay's sour cream" Renzo said.

"I want sour cream twin " Nye said with her eyes still on the tv. I suck my teeth "anybody else?" I said sarcastically. "Yeah I want some hot Cheetos" my said laughing.

After getting everybody chips I sit by ma putting my head on her shoulder. "What big baby? " she asked chuckling.

"I can't just lay on my own mother now" I said shaking my head. Me and my Ma got a close bond it's like she's the homie but my mother you feel me. When my dad got luck up Ma had everything on lock and was a straight savage in my eyes. I'll go the war behind her man and I mean that.

"What ever boy" she smiled and there was knock at the door. "I'll get that ma stay seated " she laughed and said ok. Getting the door I see my nigga uncle Ro out the other side. Opening the door this nigga bum rush me out the way.

"Nephew what's good G" he said giving me a dap. "Shit you know living my best life " I shrugged.

"Your young ass but ya 17 birthday coming up what's the move?"

"Ion know yet maybe do something with twin then something with my girl "

"Ight just let me know " he said we dapped again then walked back in the living room. "BROTHER IVE MISSED YOU" ma yelled at Ro when he came in her view.

"Damn sis I've missed you to but it's only been 4 months " Uncle Ro said pushing her off him and she hit him. "Nigga get luck up again and I'll kill you in the bitch understand " She yelled at him.

"My bad sis " he shrugged.

"Dumb ass just get out the streets already you see I did and we all know my ass wasn't no where to wanting to leave it" Renzo said getting up he hitting him upside the head. "Hit me gain bitch " Ro moved Renzo hand.

It's true Renzo own the first Gun lounge business around here and making bank off it. Plus a children self defense class for angry kids or normal. I used to take the classes and Nye did also .

"You saw your brother ?" Ma asked rolling her eyes. Ro smirked at her "ya I saw your husband" he said sitting down.

"Y'all better stop before Jacoby hear that" Renzo chuckled. Jacoby is my mama's boyfriend of 9 year. He was just her friend for 1 year because her and pops had just break up. But when she Finally gotten over my pops she finally gave Jacoby a chance and been happy every since.
