AUTHOR'S NOTE:

We're back! Thanks to everyone who read and supported! We'll be updating every Monday so don't forget to check back next week.

Dark Drew and Danny drove all day until they arrived at their secret hideout- a deserted Walmart in Utah, which Dark Drew planned to repurpose as his evil lair.

"Welcome to Walmart, Dark Danny."

Danny looked around in awe at the huge building that acted as their fortress. "Whoa..." he breathed. "This place is epic!"

"Now, now, don't get too excited. It's... a Walmart. But I suppose, once I fix it up, it will do the trick. Here we have all the resources we need to take over the world. Supplies, items, objects, things, and WiFi!"

"Cool! What's the password?"

Dark Drew scoffed. "The password is none of your concern."

Danny tried typing in "NoneOfYourConcern" but it wouldn't connect. "Oh, is it all lower case? Or-"

"-No, you imbecile," Dark Drew interrupted. "Forget about the password, it's a trivial thing. We have more pressing matters at hand."

"Oh."

"First things first- you need to blend in. Those bright clothes attract way too much attention. Here, put this on." He tossed Danny a leather jacket.

Danny put the jacket on over his blue Greg t-shirt.

"There, perfect. Looking sharper already," Dark Drew said.

He already looked so different- distinctively so from his old self.

The old Danny's appearance was meek, feeble, unthreatening. Dark Danny's appearance, however, was commanding. It made the onlooker feel uneasy, but still surprisingly pleasant. It was inviting, trustworthy in an intriguing way, but still deceitful.

"Well, Dark Danny," Dark Drew continued, "I think we're ready to take over YouTube now, wouldn't you agree?"

"Heck yeah we are!" he agreed in excitement.

"Your enthusiasm is refreshing," Drew smiled. "However, we've got one more stop to make before we begin our conquest."

"Oooh! Where?"

"All in due time, Danny. I'll tell you in the morning. Let's rest for the night."

The next day, at Thomas Sanders' residence:

Thomas scrolled through his YouTube subscriptions, looking for a new video to watch.

Danny normally uploaded around that time of the week. He wondered if maybe there was anything new on his channel.

He searched up Danny's name, but was unable to find anything other than collabs and reuploads.

"I don't get it," Thomas said. "Did he delete his channel?"

"Yes, it would appear he did," Logic said, appearing.

"Oh, hey Logan. You- You really think Danny deleted his channel?"

"I do."

"But... why would he do that?"

"Maybe he's just tired of making videos," Logan suggested. "We've seen time and time again in your case how insane YouTube can drive someone. If Danny experiences anywhere near the same amount of stress as you, no doubt he gets fed up too."
