We have a Problem

As I sat there pondering what I just saw John had suddenly ran into the room, bible under his right arm and a small vile that looked to be holy water. He knelt down by my side,

"Oi mate! Are you alright? I Heard a scream then saw a big light coming from this room, was there another possession?" He asked concerned, worriment in his blue orbs. Still shaking a bit I looked up at him, if what I was suspecting was true, I couldn't bring myself to tell him it wasn't demonic or evil, in the normal sense. Until I understood more of what was going on, I had to keep this to myself, or at least kept secret from John and Father Donovan. Swallowing the guilt of the secrecy I nodded, trying to choose my words carefully,

"It...was a possession, one I have not seen before. We, may be in over our heads with this one-" I sighed then continued, "We won't just leave this case but, this is something bigger than us." I place my hands on the floor and pick myself up, standing straight now and wiping off any dirt from my hands. John looked concerned then placed a hand on my shoulder, I look over my shoulder at him, the light from the stained windows seemed to illuminate this golden boy to the point I couldn't help but stare at his beauty, causing my cheeks to stain red a bit. John, being oblivious to my stare, began speaking,

"Don't worry Mate, we have faced many big challenges, but as long as we are all together, we can do anything-" He smiled, the continued

"I believe in you as well, Naru wouldn't have you here if he wasn't competent in your abilities...we will save this place, and these children...trust me" Hearing his words of encouragement I smile softly, in all my years of living never have I felt this tranquility with someone, let alone a stranger I just met, was I being possessed now? Inwardly shaking my head to clear my thoughts I nodded, responding to his words,

"Thank you, I appreciate that...now if you will excuse me, I need to look around more. We cannot solve this case if we just sit around."  and with that I turned and walked out of the room, trying to leave behind the thoughts intruding my mind of him, for the sake of the case. Turning around the corner all I could sense was dread, and could not even see the dead, which was extremely strange. Maybe, if it is an angel, the spirits are afraid to be out and about? My only question so far was, if it WAS an angel, what were the apparitions and red eyes? From what I know of Angelo-logy, Angels only had blue eyes, or maybe even yellow,  but never red.

Giving these thoughts a second to proceed through my mind of possible answers I decided to make my way towards Naru's room, or more likely the Equipment room. Turning a few more corners I walked down a narrow hallway and stopped in front of a door with a singular sign hung up stating 'Do Not Bother'. Shrugging at the sign I knocked, only to hear a gruff voice yelling,

"Read the damn sign!" I frowned at his rudeness and walk in anyway, seeing a room full of nothing but computers and screens with Naru and Lin sitting about typing things in, I cleared my throat and spoke,

"Naru, We need to talk"
