A/N

Sorry I haven't updated in so long! I started high school and it's a big adjustment. I'll try to update often still.

Sam's POV

"What the hell!" I pushed her off of me and stormed out. I didn't look back but I could hear footsteps behind me.

"I'm sorry!" she cried. I tried to ignore her but it hurt so bad. "It wasn't my fault. Just, please, let me explain!" The footsteps stopped and I finally stopped too. I wiped a tear from my cheek before turning to face her.

"What can you possibly do to fix this?" I screamed back at her. She looked down to wipe away a few tears.

"Just, let me explain! It's not my fault!" she said slightly quieter. Her voice quivered, trying not to break.

How did we get here?

~~~5 hours earlier~~~
Hazel's POV
"So, where are we going?" I had basically just been kidnapped by Jacob and Matt.
"Just wait. The drive isn't too long," Matt assured me with a forced smile. I had no idea what was going on, but something didn't seem right.
The car finally stopped at a small park. I was led by the boys to a path leading into the woods. Matt gave me my phone, they took it before we started driving, and Jacob led me down the path a bit, with Matt following behind slightly.
"C'mon guys, what's going on?" I said a little louder than I expected. Jacob jumped at the sudden sound out of the silence.
"Calm down! It's right up here," he said releasing my arm and gesturing towards an archway. It was covered in vines and beautiful pastel purple flowers, matching my hair. Jacob started walking back where we came from and Matt remained.
"What's going on? Just tell me," I pleaded gabbing his arm. He opened his mouth to say something but shut it quickly when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to find myself face to face with:
Shawn.
"What's going on Shawn?" I heard Matt's footsteps leaving. It was just Shawn and I, standing in a beautiful arch surrounded by beautiful flowers.
"Um, I just wanted to talk to you. Alone. At the hotel, someone else is always there."
"Why didn't you tell me? Why did it have to be some big secret?" He put his finger to my lips.
"Can you just listen? Please?" he asked quietly. I nodded and he led me to a bench. There was a guitar case on the ground nearby.
"I'm listening," I said after he was silent for a minute or two. He nodded and walked over to the case and pulled out his guitar.
Shawn's POV
"Well, you know how I've been writing a song?" I asked nervously.
It's too late to back down now.
"Yea...." She smiled slightly but it disappeared quickly.
"Well, here it is," I said before I started stunning the chords.
I love it when you just don't care.
I love it when you dance like there's nobody there.
I looked up at her expression. She had her hand on the side of her face. I guess she was surprised. I looked back down at the guitar when I started the chorus.
We don't have to be ordinary
Make our best mistakes
We don't have the time to be sorry
So Baby be the life of the party
When I looked up the next time she had a tear on her cheek. When I hit the chorus again, I sang stronger than the first, and put as much emotion into it that I had.
Once the song was over I set my guitar down and looked at her. She was staring intently at the cement below us, thinking.
