MARCH 24, 2019 - THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY
MARLEY and Diego slammed the door open, Vanya in tow, all covering their faces to not be hit by anything being thrown by the portal.
"What is it?" Vanya shouted over all of the noise.
"Don't get too close!" Allison shouted emerging from the doorway.
"Yeah, no shit," Diego shouted, not taking his eyes off of the portal.
"Looks like some sort of temporal anomaly." Luther shouted, "Either that or a mini black hole. One of the two."
"Pretty big difference there, Paul Bunyan," Marley shouted, rolling her eyes in the process.
"Out of the way!" Klaus shouted, running between Diego and Luther with a fire extinguisher clutched in his arms.
He pathetically sprayed the fire extinguisher, before resorting to throwing it into the portal, only for it to disappear completely.
"What is that gonna do?" Allison asked, looking at her brother in bewilderment.
"I don't know. Do you have a better idea?" Klaus asked not turning to them.
The portal began to intensify, thunder crackling as it expanded and contracted like a living being.
"Everyone behind me," Luther shouted, pushing everyone behind his large body.
"Yeah, get behind us," Diego shouted, pushing Klaus to the back of the group.
"I vote for running, c'mon" Klaus shouted.
"I second that!" Marley shouted to the two brothers at the front.
An image of a body moving through the blue portal was seen as it struggled to move towards them before they dropped to the ground in front of them. A familiar child lay on the ground, still wearing the oversized suit they had worn before they entered the portal. The portal faded to nothing as the body dropped, showing that this person was the cause of the anomaly. The group edged closer to them, the body lifting itself up from the ground.
"Does anyone else see little Number Five, or is that just me?" Klaus asked from the back of the group.
The child looked down at their body, recognising that they were not in the body that they had entered the portal in.
