Sasuke POV

I walked to the hospital with Itachi nii and mother, father is at work in the Konoha Police Force. We sat outside as the doctor and nurses did a final check on her and helped her wash up and change to a new set of hospital gown.

As they walked out, they noticed small blood stains nearest to her hospital gown collar. We stared at the gown in shock and just when the curtain opened, she had an oxygen mask placed over her face.

Her heartbeat in the monitor is beeping normally but slower indicating a weak heartbeat. We dashed into the room and the doctor stood there writing on his clipboard with a blue ball point pen. He looked at us and looked at Saito and he sighed, "Are you her guardian?"

Kaa-san nodded quickly and the doctor pushed his glasses up. "Your daughter has asthma." We stared at him in shock and kaa-san stared at shock.

"About the blood stains...?" The doctor looked at her. "She has lung cancer," he finished. "This girl in her medical records is weak in her lungs, even if she can laugh or shout or run freely, she will have difficulty in breathing. "

"Have you found her recently gasping more and her trying to inhale more air more often and after she runs she will pant for a very long time before it stops?"

I nodded and he smiled and ruffled my hair. "She will get better with the help of a medical ninja also a Sannin called Tsunade, but she has been missing in action so long I don't know where she is...?" The doctor finished and took out the paper and slipped it into a plastic container like thing and left.

Kaa-san looked at the time and shooed me to the academy while she take care of Saito and Itachi nii took me there. As I walked there, I could feel stares directing towards me and my brother and I glared at them simultaneously. My brother sweatdropped and we continued walking to the academy.

"Itachi nii? You will tell me when sis wakes up right?" I looked at Itachi nii and he smiled at me and poked my forehead. I pouted and he smiled and walked off as I too walked off to the academy with anger boiling inside me.

I stormed into the classroom with a gloomy aura and I saw Naruto sitting at his seat talking to dog boy and petting Akamaru. I held in my anger by clutching my fist tightly and I glared at everyone around me but the ones who didn't take it by heart was the fangirls. They crowded around me with heart in their eyes as they were unable to feel what I feel.

When Iruka sensei came, we left to go to the field and he did ask where Saito is. "Hospital," I answered bitterly sending a glare to the oblivious Naruto whose face is ashen and sweat dripping down his face literally. I send him a glare and he shirked back slightly and I smiled to myself, today is the day when I will serve revenge. He will get what he deserved for hurting my loved ones. 

"You will be sparring against the different gender, so boys and girls and the winner will fight each other. Girls Vs girls and guys Vs guys. " I stayed under the shade as I waited for my turn after the girls finish their rounds and I could tell they were looking at me with anticipation with their hopes high. Hoping I could for once praise them with a smile on my face. But the only ones that could see that is Saito and Itachi nii.

Only them. They deserve my rare smile.

I looked over to Naruto with a smirk on my face.

"I'm going to pulverise you, to the extent where you will never show your face to her anymore!"
