There's not much difference between this trailer and the original but it does give us a close up of Evie in clearly a musical number, a different view of Mal, we see the cursed armor run into the room, and a red glow coming from the cottage. When I saw the red glow, I thought it looked familiar.

During Friends on the other side, Dr. Facilier's room is shrouded in a red glow in the movie. I think their's some voodoo magic going on in that cottage and that maybe the glow we're seeing is Dr. Facilier working his magic. We also see the door swing close, signifying someone has entered. Maybe Audrey, since she was heading towards it in the first trailer, or maybe we're getting our first glimpse of who is really in that cottage.
