The reader is approached by Tsukasa and given the NeoDecade and DiEnd drivers, plus a version of Tsukasa's camera that can make finalformride cards. before being thrown into the Naruto world, stuck at 16 for the next 5 years until the official series starts, and he's only ever seen the first few episodes and even then he barely remembers those, all he has is info he remembers from reading fanfiction(such as Gaara being a murderous monster because she thinks the tailed beast inside her is her mother from lack of never sleeping, and yes Gaara is a girl as well), the strangest thing is, THIS WORLD IS A VERSION WHERE NARUTO IS A GIRL NAMED NARUKO, he meets the young anime protagonist sobbing and covered in injuries from a run in with a mob that hate her. He then befriends her bringing a little hope out for her, he takes a picture of her to commemorate there meeting as well as make a final form ride card of her. The then proceeds to visit her from time to time. In episode 6 of Naruto, the reader arrives to lend a helping hand, as well as reveals his powers to Naruko, transforming into Decade.
And let's have a little gag where Sasuke keeps demanding the Decade and DiEnd drivers from the reader so he can 'put them to better use than you can'.

Naruko's final form ride form will resemble a busty adult shinto shrine priestess, with fox features.
