The reader is Kamen Rider Wizard, the story doesnt need to follow any plot points from the Wizard series. There are still Phantoms running around. Mystery Inc. Gets word of a monster attack off in the slums of Crystal Cove, and that 'A wizard wielding a ruby ring' scared it off. They naturally went to investigate. They soon find a young girl who had been apparently targetted by the monster and claimed she saw a man with a donut use magic to become a superhero to scare it off. Naturally Velma tried to explain to the young girl that it was most likely not magic and that the monster was likely a man in a mask while the wizard was the mans accomplice for some scheme. However, soon a elderly woman came up to the yard of the little girls house and blasted a fire ball at the building, but thankfully everyone made it out. The little girl however stared at the building with deep unbearable sadness and pain as she fell to her knees, purple cracks suddenly forming across her body. The elderly woman suddenly changes into a canine like monster with three heads laughing maniacally telling the little girl to embrace that despair and give birth to a new phantom. Freddy attempted to tackle the Hellhound phantom but is thrown across the street into the mystery machine. The reader then walks into the picture finishing the remaining bite of his donut, saying that he wouldn't let someone fall to despair. The Phantom recognizes him and launches an attack at him, but he places his hand on his belt, causing a voice to ring out saying,'Defend, Please~'. He extends his hand in front of him causing a magic circle to appear and block the blast. He continues by transforming into flame style, and then water style, beating the Phantom. He walks over to the little girl and says that he'll be her hope and places the engage ring on her finger and place it on the driver, he'll enter her underworld and destroy her Phantom and return to the real world. Instantly Fred walks up to the reader and confronts him by saying that whatever it is he's doing he won't get away with it, confusing the Reader greatly as to what he was talking about, but just decides to leave the scene by summoning his motorcycle with the connect ring, shocking them all by the perceived impossible feat, and drives off. The next day the Gang go to school, and are shocked by the appearance of the reader being a new student.
