The reader was kidnapped and raised to be a weapon, he is infected by the Bugster Virus and exposed to Nebula gas to make him able to use the Nebula Steam Gun. But when he was given it, he went on a rampage and escaped the hell hole he was tortured in. He eventually arrives in Shinto Teito, attempting to find a proper place to stay without the dangers of having to put the horrid fruits of his torturous training to use on accident. He however is disappointed when he attempts to protect a young girl from a teenager attempting to kiss her, while a woman layed on the ground clutching a wound caused by a girl with a scythe. The young girl screams and a giant shamble of plant life erupts around her, ultimately turning the entire park into a jungle.
