Over the last two weeks the hospital has gotten alot of patients, ultimately leaving the Doctors exhausted and unable to work. Out of the blue, Nebula Bugsters begin appearing, Nico and Poppy are given gamedrivers and new Gashats, while their old ones are stolen.
Poppy decides to go by a different name using a Gamedriver. Kamen rider Pipopapo.

While they fight off the bugsters, a figure can be seen fighting off Bugster in a alley way before teleporting away, but you can just see the build driver mounted on their waist.
They are soon attacked by a red blur, which soon runs, all the Nebula Bugsters following after. Nico and Pipopapo soon arrive at a old closed off part of Genm Corp. Inside was a machine that had both Nico and Poppy's usual Gashats inside, along with all the bugsters jumping into the machine. They attempt to attack the bugsters and destroy the machine, but they are stopped by a Female Blood Stalk. They fight for a bit before the machine announces an alert that it's near completion. Hearing this both Nico and Poppy use a Critical Strike on the machine, seeming like a victory, Blood Stalk disappears, but grabs a full bottle that had been loaded with the essence of the two gashats and Nebula Bugsters.
Mean while, the unknown Rider from the alleyway appears in a dark underground lab, where Sawa was sitting next too three beds, which held Sento, Banjou, Kazumi, and Gentoku, who were all sick and out cold. The unknown rider pulls out two fullbottles from their driver and reverts to Misora who held a concerned face. Ah ah ah, we have one more part before we can get to the final length of the story.
