More Than One

Chapter 21

Nayeli's POV

When the movie was over Angelica's dad came to pick us up and drop us of at our house. We planned on who will get dropped off first, and decided me, since I lived near, then Rebecca, then Tiffany, and Jessica is last.

~2 days later~

Angelica's POV

I got ready for school. Today was Monday and school started at 9:15.
It was 8:39, so I had to hurry a little to get there. I was having breakfast then I started to walk to my mom's car.
"Good morning!" I greeted her with a smile.
"Good morning." She smiled back. We drove off to school and she dropped my off.
"Hey Angelica." Ricky waved.
"Hi...-woah what happened to your arm?" I asked him.
"Oh, I broke it while playing soccer. Well it was actually my collarbone." He looked at his arm then smiled a little.
"Here I'll help you with your backpack." I grabbed his backpack and put it on.
"Thanks." He smiled. We walked off to 1st period.

"Dance for me!" Nayeli said to Rebecca. Nayeli puts on some BTS music and Rebecca starts dancing. I just don't get why they like BTS or any other k-pop groups. I swear these people are on crack. "So Angelica, when are you ready to get sucked in the k-pop hole?" Nayeli asked. "Let me think...umm" I pretend to think. "How about...NEVER!" I laughed. "You're such a hater." Nayeli shakes her head. "Oh well..." I shrug my shoulders. 

Rebecca's POV

"What other song do you know the dance too?" Nayeli asked me. "Nayeli, I told you, I only know Mic drop, Bapsae, and a little of War of Hormone."  I took my phone from her. "Wow you suck." She tries to get my phone back. "Hey, Hey, why do you want my phone?" I asked trying to get it out of her reach. "I wanna use it in leadership." She said. "Fine, here." I give it to her. "Yay!!" she grabs it and smiles. I smile back.

Nayeli's POV

As I walked up the stairs to the fourth floor I said good bye to Rebecca and that I'll see her the next period. I continued t walk up and go in my class room. I took out Rebecca's phone, unlocked it and went to her Spotify. I searched up some k-pop music a played. "Hey Nayeli, what you doing?" My friend Fatima asked me. "Just listening to k-pop." I replied. "Oh cool, what group?" She asked. "BTS." I replied again. "What song?" "Anapanman." "Can I listen too?" She asked. "Sure." I took out an earbud and gave it to her. She put it in her ear and began banging the table to the beat. I joined in. 

Angelica's POV

I got bored, so I decided to post a new video for my Youtube channel. The video I would be doing was a 'Kiss or Slap'. I would ask people kiss or slap and they would pick which one to do to me. As I was abut to record the bell rang so I gathered my things and went down to P.E. I saw Rebecca and I ran up to her. "Hey Rebecca can you be my camerawoman for my videos?" I asked her. "Sure." she said. I handed her my phone. She held it horizontally. "Ok." She said, which meant she started recording. "Ok, Today I'll be doing Kiss or slap, so let's go." I said. I walked up to a boy in my class names Issac and said, "Kiss or slap." "Slap." he said. He then slapped  my head hard. It didn't hurt that much. "Oof." Rebecca said. "HEY SIT DOWN OR I'M TAKING POINTS AWAY!" My P.E teacher yelled. Rebecca stopped recording and handed my my phone, she then went to sit down in front of Nayeli, where she got her phone back. I turned off my phone and sat down behind Tiffany. "I'll continue the video tomorrow." I told Rebecca. "Ok." She said. Then my teacher came with his clip board to take roll. Class has officially begun.

~The Next Day~

I handed Rebecca my phone and we started filming my video. "Kiss or slap." I told Rebecca. I couldn't leave my camerawoman out of this so I asked her. "Kiss." She said. "Ok kiss me." I said. "Your hand." She said. "No, my cheek."  I said. "Fine." She leaned in and kissed my cheek. "Bryan! Kiss or slap?" I said to my classmate. "Slap." He smirked. "Ok." I handed my phone to Rebecca and she started recording. "Ok go." I told him. Bryan rubbed his hands together and slapped my ass. "OOF!" Rebecca said. That slapped hurted. I mean it was a big slap. Before this he slapped my left ass cheek, but this time it was my right. 'That shit hurtededed.' Is what Rebecca would have said and yes that shit did hurtededed. Nayeli was there just laughing and Jessica  was coughing. JD, another classmate cover his mouth with wide eyes. Everyone heard the slap and turned around. "Nothing to see here ok guys." Rebecca stopped recording.

Through out the day I've asked people kiss or slap. Mostly all of them said slap, but I didn't care. I just knew it was another normal day in this weird school.

Nayeli's POV

The school day ended and I was happy because it was the weekend. "So what do you plan on doing?" Rebecca asked me. "I don't know, but I know I'll be listening to k-pop most of the weekend." I smiled. "Of course, tell something I don't know." Rebecca rolled her eyes with a smile afterwards. "Oh hey Nayeli." I heard someone say. Me and Rebecca turned around and saw Jaylen. "Oh hey." I said. "Hi Jaylen." Rebecca waved. "Hi." He waved back. "Heading home?" He asked. "Ya, me and Rebecca walk home together." I said. "Why?" I asked. " I was wondering if you wanted to hang out?" Jaylen scratched the back of his head. I look at Rebecca because I didn't want to leave her alone. She nodded that it was ok and smiled. I smiled back. This is why I love her, she doesn't mind anything, she just wants me and everyone else to be happy. "Ok, let's go." I took Jaylen's hand. "Have fun you too!" I heard Rebecca yell. 

Rebecca's POV

"Have fun you too!" I yelled after them. I saw them disappear and I was there alone. I started walking out the gate and towards the direction where my house was located. "Can I walk with you?" I heard someone ask. I looked up and saw that the person was no other than...than Anthony Nunez.
