Chapter 7

Anthony's POV

"Ok so, Rebecca, you and Nayeli go get the food and the big cake that says
CLASS OF 2018." I handed them a list of what we needed.
"Can you guys pay for the rest?" I asked.
"Yup." Rebecca said running off with Nayeli. "Ok, the rest of you guys clean. I'll go get the tables." I said. Everyone got to work and I went to grab some tables.

*20 Minutes later*
Rebecca's POV

"Ugh!! The cake is taking FOREVER!!" I whined.
"Ya, I told you to get the food, while the cake is being made." Nayeli said.
"Ya, ya." I continued.
"Fi-" She stopped her sentence. She was looking outside the window. I looked where she was looking. I see Raul....he is with......

Nayeli's POV

Raul.....He's with....... EVENY!? I slowly sit down on a near by chair and call him.

*Call Conversation*

❤Me: Hey Raul....where are you?
💙Raul: Oh um....at my house, you?
❤Me: At the mall, getting the cake for prom. You know, some boys cheat on their girls, even though the girl loves and cares for him.
💙Raul: O-oh.....at least I'm not that kind of guy.
❤Me: Oh ok, well, bye bae
💙Raul: B-bye

*End of conversation*

That lying hoe.
"You ok Nayeli?" Rebecca asks.
"Yup, just great." I give her a big thumbs up. I see Raul coming over to the shop with Eveny. I grab Rebecca and took her to the washroom.
"Hey, what's the big de-." I cut her off by putting my hand over her mouth.
"Shhh..." I said.
"Hehe, Raul you're so funny." Eveny says.
"Haha, maybe that's why I'm eye candy." He chuckled. I roll my eyes. "Ya, no wonder." She continues. Well, here I go. I tell Rebecca to act normal and laugh. She nodded her head.
"Haha, you're so dumb." She says as we exit the washroom.
"O-oh, hey Nayeli." Raul says as Eveny walks away.
"So Raul, why are you with Eveny?" I asked.
"O-oh, umm.....we are shopping for something." He said.
"Cake for Rebecca Leyva." The Baker calls out. Rebecca gets the cake.
"Want me to give you a ride, my sister was the one who brought me and Eveny." Raul says.
"Sure, do you mind helping us?" Rebecca asked carrying the box with the cake inside.

Raul's Sister's POV

I was waiting for Raul. He told me to drive him and a girl named Eveny to get a gift and corsage for Nayeli. Eveny came because she knew more about Nayeli. I came because I'm the ride. I saw Raul approach with Nayeli, Eveny, and another girl.
"Do you need help with that?" I asked when I saw the large pink box.
"Yes please, can you open the trunk." Said the girl. I opened the trunk to our black van and placed the box in it. "I'm Rebecca, by the way. I'm one of Raul's friends." Said the girl holding out her hand.
"Nice to meet you, I'm his sister." I shooked her hand. Once we all got settled in the car, I drove off.
"So, Nayeli....." Both Nayeli and Raul looked. Raul signals me no, but Nayeli says,
"Ya?"
"Why don't you ever come over to our house?" I asked, laughing a bit.
"Oh, umm, I don't really know, I guess I'm kinda busy." She said.
"Oh, well...... Look we are here at the school." I pulled over. I got out the car and helped put the cake and place it in a table inside the gym. "Wow. This is beautiful, Raul....you have to look nice tonight." I laughed. "Ok, ok, now get outta here." He said embarrassed.
