After a few days have gone by, Albus and Gellert were seen spending the days together. He didn't really try to talk to Ember or Elphias, though, he didn't think that it wasn't a huge deal. The two were walking together, a smile on Albus' face as they spoke, ignoring the bag he had around his shoulder, that seemed to weight him down. Though, it didn't last long since his two friends went in front of them.

Gellert looked at the two after Albus made him stop. The other two looked at the boy and girl now standing in front of them.

"Hey, Gellert, I hope you don't mind, but we need to borrow Albus for a little bit," Ember told him. She was about to get his arm to gently pull him to the side, though Albus moved away after he saw her hand reaching to get him.

"What do you need me for?" He asked.

"Oh, Elphias wants us to go see professor Phineas about the defense against the dark arts teacher. I feel like the more people that complain, the better." Ember started.

"Yeah, this happened a while ago but I wasn't exactly fond of them using the three unforgivable curses in class," Elphias added.

This made Albus frown. He looked over at Gellert, who was staying quiet for now before looking back at his two other friends. He thought he had talked about this with Ember before, that it wasn't a big deal. And he knew he wasn't going to let her just make choices for him.

"No, that's a waste of time. He won't listen to any of you, you know he likes things his own way. Besides, I told you before that it didn't strike me as a big deal. Its good to show how the curses work." Albus protested.

"You weren't listening to me. And the professor didn't have to use it. First of all, those make someone go to Azkaban-" Ember tried to say, but Albus cut in for a moment.

"They used it on a butterfly!" Albus argued.

"Albus, that's not the point!" Ember snapped back. After she yelled she stayed quiet for a moment, collecting herself before taking a deep breath and continued to speak. "The point is that the professor shouldn't have used that at all. And please don't use the argument that they needed to demonstrate how it worked. There's more than one way to know how curses work." She tried to explain.

As she spoke, Albus' face expression changed a bit. He let out an exaggerated sigh before looking down, rubbing his head for a moment. It sometimes seemed like the things he tried to explain were something that Ember wouldn't understand. "Visual learning is effective." He said.

"Uh...okay? But so is kinesthetic learning. But they didn't do it because we don't need over thirty students yelling out unforgivable curses." Ember said.

"I know, and that's not what happened," Albus said after looking back up at her.

"I'm aware that didn't happen. I'm just giving you an example. But that professor seemed to of done that in all their classes. Controlling, torturing and killing all of those insects who seemed to do no wrong to anyone else."

"Ember...Ember, Ember." He repeated. "They are bugs, that's it. It's not like the teacher kidnaped people."

At this point, the female could feel herself getting more and more impatient with him. Though she tried to keep it in. They were friends, of course, but they definitely didn't see eye to eye on everything.

"Stop saying that for everything I say," She started, her voice hinting anger. "Oh, they're just insects, b-b-but Ember, they're just bugs!!" she mocked. "Shut up with that and give me a valid excuse."

Albus looked at her, staying quiet for a moment. He could tell that she was getting upset, which wasn't the best thing. She also seemed to pull out her wand when she would get into heated arguments, much like his brother. This was a flaw he disliked in her since he would want to talk things out.

"Is it so hard to understand? They teach. It's their job. Gellert, you agree with me, right?" Albus asked, looking over at him.

Gellert looked over at Albus before gazing over at his two other friends. He thought for a moment before answering. "Of course, I think that professors should teach things with an element of shock so the students know what will happen when things like that get used in the real world." He said though Ember didn't want to hear him.

"Albus, don't ask Gellert. He doesn't take classes here, so his opinion doesn't matter, no offense. But yours does." Elphias jumped in.

"No, I have the right to ask him. And you know what? I don't think I want to continue this conversation. The difference between you two and Gellert is that Gellert understands me. I...I would rather spend time with him than with you right now. Have fun wasting your time." He said before grabbing Gellert's arm, starting to pull him away.

Ember crossed her arms, glaring at the two before starting to get lead away by Elphias. "Unbelievable..." she muttered in anger, trying her hardest to not look back over at Albus and Gellert as her friend lead her back to the hallway.

Gellert stayed quiet as he got pulled away by Albus, noticing where they were going. As he stayed quiet, he started to realize one thing. He seemed to have some kind of effect on Albus with just his words alone.
