"Calling all units we have a possible armed robbery at twenty-three and King. I repeat we have a possible armed robbery at twenty-three and King."
Spider-man jumped off of the radio tower at the police station, his webs flying out to grab hold of the nearest surface. He swung through the streets gaining the attention of the pedestrians below. Without stopping, Spider-Man released his web and landed against the concrete slab on the roof of convenience store located at twenty three and king. Multiple nypd cars were surrounding the building, lights flashing and guns on standby. Spider-Man surveyed his surroundings and his eyes stopped at a ventilation grate. "Hey Karen, how many guys are in there?" Spider-Man asked his suit lady, beginning his descend down the vent. "Four, two are armed with knives and the others with plastic guns" Spider-Man cocked his head to the side, crawling towards the vent looking directly down at the cash register. "Hmm, odd choice" Spider-Man pushed the vent open carefully, trying not to make his presence known. "I said! Where's. The. Vault!" the ski masked robber yelled into the shop owner's face. "I-it's in the b-back! Please, please don't hurt me" the robber shoved the owner out from behind the register, the plastic gun pointed into his back. Spider-Man took this as his opportunity to strike. He shot a web and yanked the plastic gun out of the robber's hand, dropping onto the counter with a thud. He examined the toy. "Playtime is over kiddies, put down the water guns boys or you'll be put in timeout" the three other men surrounded Spider-Man, trying to grab his legs to throw him to the ground. He flipped over the masked man in front of him, shooting a web at his hand as he tried to swing. Stuck to the counter, the robber pulled out his switch blade and cut away at the sticky web. The man cut himself free and turned around to see all three of his gang members tied up on the floor, wiggling like little caterpillars. "You're dead you son of a bitch" Spider-Man backed up, acting scared as the large man cornered him, holding his knife out. "Oh no! You've found my weakness! Small knives!" the man laughed, lunging forward. Spider-Man dodged, going under the robbers arm and pinning him against the wall with his webs. "I'll take that!" Spider-Man plucked the knife from the robbers hand and threw it to the ground, far away from any of their reach. He clapped his hands together, dusting his gloves off. A job well done. "Thank you Spider-Man! Thank you! Free slushies anytime Spider-Man!" the owner shook his hand and pointed to the slush puppy machine. "Oh, well don't mind if I do. Thank you Mr." Spider-Man poured himself a red and blue slushy, seeming it fit in with his attire. The police barged in as he left through the back door, swinging home just in time for dinner.
"Tonight we have garlic parmesan zucchini noodles with a side of... uh. Garlic bread. They were out of regular bread. Guess this means you need a pocket full of breath mints tonight" May Parker set two plate out on the dining room table. Peter sat down slowly looking at the very green dinner he was about to consume. "You know, the mints are for girls. In case you are kissing any girls at this party. Or guys! You know I will love you no matter what-""no aunt may, I won't be kissing anybody tonight. Im only going because Ned really wants to" May nodded, taking her own seat at the table before taking hold of peters hand. They both shut their eyes and silently prayed before they started to eat. "Do you need a ride there?" May asked, looking to her nephew. He finished his bite before speaking, "if you don't mind. It's at Flash Thompson's house" Mat sent peter a concerned look. "Isn't he the kid who bullies you into doing his homework?" peter shook his head. "I don't do his homework, I just get shoved against the lockers a few times in the week. It's nothing" peter pushed the thought away, trying to open the table for a new conversation, May wasn't having it. "Peter, you got to stand up to that asshole. Shove him against the lockers next time!" "I'll try Aunt May" May huffed, shoving a forkful of zucchini noodles into her mouth. "Will there be alcohol at Flash Thompson's party?" peter looked up, like a deer caught in the headlights he stared at his aunt. "Uh, no? No. no alcohol" he lied. May didn't buy it, but she decided to play into his game. "That's going to be one boring party" may smirked. Peter sat there dumbstruck. "Pete, you're eighteen you can do whatever you want. Just don't be stupid about it. Got it?" peter nodded, "good. Now eat up, before your dinner gets cold"
